Excellent location for walking and getting bus access to airports.literally right in front of hotel! O’Connel street very busy but safe during the day. Did not go out after 7pm.The city kept the street clean despite the busy traffic and people. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast excellent. Rooms quiet and shower had hot water and great water pressure.very nice hotel.

The service was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean, and the public areas were lovely. However, for the money (or less) we could have gotten comparable value elsewhere. The room was quite small. We compared with a friend who stayed at Aloft the same night - we wish we had stayed there. Could we at least have gotten a couple of free water bottles in our room?

Ive stayed at RIU properties before. Always good and reasonable pricing.

The service at Reception was not ideal. I was hosting a meeting with my Customer Excellence management team. I had a meeting room booked. Checking in - half of the team had checked in on-line yet they had to repeat the full process the same as those that had not - why? I was expecting to be shown to our meeting room and introduced. There was no key for the room. I had to return to reception, asked for this after much moving around i was told to go back down with one of your team. He started looking in the other meeting rooms and then asked me why I wanted to change rooms. I explained I had no reason to change room, I wanted a key to lock our room so we could pop out. I then had to return to reception after he called ahead to tell them. When I got there, I had to wait for someone to come from out back to prepare the key. This cost a lot of wasted time in my meeting. For the cost of this room, I thought this was appalling.

Overlooking an alleyway, but good clean, spacious room. Handy location. Staff very friendly.

Lovely hotel spacious room. One downfall was we were 3 adults but the room had a double bed and pull out sofa bed. The sofabed was definitely not suited to an adult.

Excellent and central location. Bus to and from airport stops right in front of this hotel. Hotel is walking distance to affordable shops. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of tasty choices. Staff was helpful. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay here the next time I visit Dublin.

people were smoking right outside the front door and the smoke blew into the lobby and restaurant

Slow service. Not friendly reception, but the waiters at a bar are good.

The A/C in the room didnt work, and the last night, our family of 4 was sweltering. The front desk attendant said he would let his manager know but didnt seem to bothered to do much about it. We were also on the 6th floor but the elevators only went up to 5 so we had to lug out 5 suitcases up a flight of stairs. Strange. The hotel was huge and close to walk to most everything. The breakfast buffet was the best part. My kids loved it. But overall, it was a lackluster experience.

Excellent service. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. They made my experience in Ireland truly memorable.

Quiet, lots of restaurants and shops all around. We appreciated they stored our luggage until check in. Great breakfast buffet included.

We loved our time at the hotel. Angela was very kind and always willing to help.

We were greeted by Angela on arrival who we found very professional and welcoming. Angela is a credit to your company,as well as all the other members of staff we encountered.

We loved the reception area.the room wasn't great the pull out bed for adults wasn't great.it should of been a proper double bed and 2 singles.the milk was off in the room.we had to phone twice to house keeper for new milk which took over 3 hours to come up to room.

We have stayed at this property before due to its proximity to attractions. City has become unsafe in this area. May not return due to street interaction.
