到埗check in 時加費衛城view房，有點失望，因為從3樓(最高4樓) 望上山顶衛城，個View其實不是太好看，不值花錢升級。 總體是好的，不論服務、房間清潔、早餐等等都滿意，而且地點都近地鐵结。下次往雅典可再住。

The room was great and the front desk staff was very helpful with our requests for transport and baggage logistics,

Clean room, helpful staff, well prepared included breakfast, complimentary bottle of wine in our room and well stocked coffee and tea selection. The Point restaurant located on the 5th floor has incredible views of the Acropolis and the food is 5 Star! Front desk helped us with Taxi service and Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tickets. We arrived several hours prior to the check in time and they stored our luggage so we were free to roam around the Acropolis unhindered by luggage.

Staff were so helpful, room was comfortable, and food and service were exceptional.

Great location to the Acropolis and Plaka old town. Staff are friendly and greatly attentive. Rooms very clean. Breakfast included and there was a huge variety and “all you can eat” buffet. Rooftop bar has an amazing view. We received a surprise complimentary bottle of wine which i assume was as a return visit. My only criticism is the bathrooms are small. All around a great hotel.

Front desk was so friendly and we arrived early and they were able to check us in a little early. Room was nice. Valet was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience. Breakfast👍

Ολοι οι υπάλληλοι ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Τα αγγλικά των υπαλλήλων πολύ καλά αλλά νομίζω θαταν καλύτερα να μιλάνε στον πελάτη Ελληνικά κ αν ο πελάτης δεν μιλάει ελληνικά τότε μιλάτε σε μια άλλη γλώσσα. Αλλά πρώτα ελληνικά. Είναι η μοναδική παρατήρηση κ για μένα έχει σημασία. Και κάτι άλλο το δωμάτιο χρεώνεται ακριβά χωρίς καμμιά θέα κ χωρίς ντουλάπα.ευχαριστώ.

The staff is remarkably kind, courteous, professional and friendly.

Great location for visiting the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, and for a short walk to the vibrant Plaka old town, food, and markets. Very clean and rooms are reasonably sized. Bathrooms are a bit small, but again clean and serviced well.

They care about their customers and it’s evident in their attitude. Excellent hotel, would highly recommend

Leave water bottles, tap water is not as reliable when you are traveling. The extra door of the shower would help so the bathroom doesn’t get wet when you shower since the bathroom is very small. Nicer sheets and towels would give it a special touche since the hotel and the nowghboorhood are in a premium location.The staff was amazing!

Thee rest on the top floor, with the most impresive view and the lady that seats the guests was very halpful and also one of the bartenders who was incredibly helpful

Hotel was lovely, roof and ground level dining excellent. View was amazing. The only problem was the 5Mbps WiFi in the room. Slower than dial up AOL!
