Good experience. Excellent customer service. We landed pretty late and there was slim manpower in front desk. Still the staff was very helpful and solved our issues on bedding quickly. Would recommend to friends.

The location, staff, and room size were all excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to great restaurants, a lively downtown atmosphere, and with easy access to major roads for trips to places like Whistler. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom, which made it a bit stuffy at times. We worked around this by keeping the balcony door open.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional! The complimentary wine is awesome!

It was a nice hotel close to a lot of different restaurants and stores. We had a great view from our room.

More than we expected. Like a small apartment, full kitchen, a balcony & a pool. So many choices to eat on just one block. Easy walk to the harbor, public transportation close by. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Vancouver

Hotel was basic. Room had a smell and a leak. Room was not cleaned unless we requested. We were charged double than other costumers and none cared to make it right. The surroundings did not look safe or clean. I would not recommend.

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the hotel. The suite-style room gave lots of space, cooking facilities (used) and washing machine (not used). Plus, as I was on the 16th floor with a corner room, I also had a great view from the balcony. Definitely exceeded expectations pre-arrival

Nice place to stay in the downtown area with lots of food options close.

The rooms were spacious. Our room was on the 23rd floor so we had a great view from the patio. Walking distance to restaurants, bars etc.

Excellent over all, friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and allowed us to check in early

Nice solo trip

Our stays from last week before the cruise and the extra day after the cruise were both good. We got upgraded on the second stay which we are both thankful for. The reception staff were amazing and very helpful with all our inquiries. Location is good - near to almost everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time that we are in Vancouver.

The kitchen equipment was very good. The location of the place is suitable for visitors. Overall a very nice cosy place.
