Fantastic hotel! It's beautiful, clean and classy. We enjoy staying here every time!

From the staff to the room. It was amazing. I ventured to Strasenburgh Planitarium. Great job:)

Convenient and comfy. Plus, Tennis channel!

The staff was helpful and delightful! The room wqs clean and the bed comfortable and the bathroom luxurious! The rooftop bar is not as big or with as many seating options as you might imagine but the views are great! There are many good dining options within a ten-minute walk. I highly recommend “the Strath,” as the locals call it!

Beautiful property. Very large room and bathroom. Location is perfect for accessing everything in Rochester. Very accommodating front desk staff. Free parking!

The rooms were very clean and that’s most important to me when traveling. The lack of sufficient outlets in the room was disappointing. My room only had 1 outlet by the bedside and one plug was for the light. Most people have other things to plug in besides just a phone. I had to unplug the light to use my heating pad. There was a lack of lighting in the room especially since I had to unplug the bedside lamp. I was disappointed that the beautiful staircase that is shown in photos on various social media sites for the Strathallan was not located at the hotel. That staircase is actually at the spa across the street. The staff we encountered were very professional and friendly. Overall it was a good visit.

The staff was gracious, attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and roomy enough for me to maneuver on a knee scooter. All in all a lovely experience. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about my stay. I needed a staycation and much needed time alone. The bartenders Joe and Mary were excellent!
