Great experience

The hotel curtains and furniture should be changed to wood color, so that it does not look old and dark. It is very convenient to have a small living room and a small kitchen with a sink, microwave, and electric stove to heat packed food.

I like how the rooms were cleaned everyday and that the bedroom has a bit more privacy with the extra doors that separated the living space.

Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good and has lots of restaurants nearby the hotel.

The transportation is convenient and you can walk to the beach. waterfront center. Eating is also very convenient, and many supermarkets are within walking distance, such as H-Mart. There is a McDonald's downstairs, open 24 hours. There are also many Japanese sushi and ramen restaurants. It only takes minutes to drive to downtown. The only thing that was not very good was that we booked a small suite and there was only a WIFI signal in the living room. There was no WIFI signal if the door in the middle toilet was closed, and even if the door was opened in the bedroom. In addition, the water pressure in the shower is very high, but the toilet flushing is not good. It needs to be flushed several times before it is flushed clean. This waste of water is not environmentally friendly.

Great hotel. Excellent rooms with kitchens. Always a great stay. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. In an excellent location so close to Rogers Arena, BC place, QE, Grandview venues. Shopping on Robson, right there. Everything was great except the elevators. They sucked, long waits.

WiFi was excellent.

Our first time there and we were super happy with the room as it had a sitting area separate from the beds. Elevators were on the slower side.. over great location for what we needed. Nice to have pool and restaurant right there!

Front desk were efficient bordering on hostile.

And very nice place but the riom was very dated. Still, i would stay again.

We loved the room, staff was super friendly, house keeping absolutely amazing! The kid's loved the pool! We would definitely stay there again!
