It was amazing. The food was great, staff were helpful and attractive, check-in was quick, lobby area was super clean, location was great (plus, bus to airport parked/waited for passengers in front of the hotel), room was spotless and comfy. Also special mention, this hotel seems to have good diversity and inclusive in its work environment, not sure if it is a Nordic thing, but very refreshing, considering I'm from Asia. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bergen!

非常干净，酒店所有员工都很棒，房间和卫生间都很棒。地理位置优越，去哪儿都很近。如果我再来卑尔根，我还会住这家酒店。

But sadly we don’t get the slippers and the mattress too soft hahaha, fantastic location.. will be return here when visit Bergen..
