The check-in process was easy and efficient. The hotel room was nice and clean. The only thing I had an issue with was the parking fee. I was not informed about the fee during check-in. I found out from a friend that was also staying there about it. I did call and they Removed it from my charges. People need to be informed

Absolutely my favorite hotel thus far. I definitely recommend staying here.

Requested early check in for bride and groom. Tried calling hotel multiple time’s never spoke to anyone…nobody picked up ever!! Had to go in person 3 times and check on status. Day of check in woman at desk not helpful. Didn’t try to accommodate any request and didn’t really seem to care about trying. Very disappointed that the bride could but her ready in the room.

Upon check in there were over 100 people in line checking in with 1 front desk agent. We had to leave to get to our show so we couldn’t check in till almost midnight. This morning we see that we have been charge twice. Now we have to call and sort it all out. More wasted time

It was good, but the lady checking everyone in was by herself. 2 people called out and the check in on the app wasn’t working. Took over 40 minutes to get checked in. This was at 4pm.

It took an hour an a half to check in. Rooms were not ready at 4pm. Room was clean but something on the wall that was per gross.

We waited for over an hour and a half for check in. One person was running the front. Hair all over the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Waste of money

The hotel is fine so far but the check in was ridiculous. It took exactly 1 and 15 mins to wait in line to check in The manager was left alone to check in everyone. I understand that people called off.But you need to hire more people. Everyone knows when they're checking in and you should have an expectation that there's going to be a lot of people wanting their rooms. They were completely underprepared in addition, we found out that the online self check in has been broken for months from the manager. So even individuals who checked in online could not even get their keys or access to their room.Because that system that should exist in twenty twenty five is broken!!!! I have stayed in more than a thousand hotels in my life, and this by far as the longest check in process I have ever been a part of. For brand like hilton, this is completely unacceptable. We almost missed the show we came into town for. This is not the fault of the manager who was checking us in.Who couldn't have been any nicer and apologized for the delay?This is the fault of hilton for not hiring enough people to handle a simple check in proces. Higher more staff or put in kiosks for people to check into their rooms

The hotel felt dated - the elevators were noisy, slow and shabby. The bathroom ceilings were low to permit drain pipes for the above room which lent a warren-like feeling. Any sound from the hallways or other guest rooms easily penetrated the unit. Overall not recommended.

At check-in the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. The hotel is run down and the only good thing I can say about the hotel is the location. The humidity in the rooms is horrible and everything felt damp. I wore socks because the carpet felt so dirty and didn't feel like it had been vacuumed.

Poor customer service.

Paid for a premium room, but felt very average.

Outdated, needs maintenance

It's oddly decorated. Kind of Adam's Family but entertaining. Valet was really well run and efficient.

Stayed for one night. First thing we saw was old caulking peeling from the bathroom backsplash. A baby wipe cleaned up 90% of it (something the cleaners could have done?)... Not a big deal, but a minor detail. We saw two cockroaches. Killed one, but the second got away... Our room was at the end of the hall by the ice maker and we could hear the water running through the wall and clunking every few seconds all night. There was an hour period between 1 and 2 AM where it sounded like a party in the hall, but i understand that is just disrespectful people, not the hotel's fault. All in all, we didn't get much sleep at all. Brought this all up to the service desk when we checked out and she said we had to take it up with Hotels.com since we booked through a third party. She said she'd let the manager know, but we haven’t heard anything yet. We won't be going back.

Nice hotel. Good for visiting FSU.
