The hotel is conveniently located across From Stanford shopping center and about 5-8minutes drive to downtown Palo Alto. The bed is comfortable, and love how the room has 2 sinks. Only downside to it is that it is located near the train tracks so you could hear the trains passing by at night. Will suggest booking a courtyard view room instead of poolside ones where it may be a bit noisy due to the location being closer to the train tracks.

I had stayed 4 nights. Very pleased with room cleaneds, room decor, excellent service, hotel also provide shuttle bus to near by area upon request.

This hotel belongs to Woodside Hotel chain and because the great experience in Napa Valley Lodge couple years ago, I choose Stanford Park Hotel this time and it proves I made a very right choice! The amenities in the lobby with cookies, water and candies do catch kids' attention and he likes it! The room is big and clean and the bathroom/walk-in closet is nice to have! The complimentary cookies, chips, waters in the room also adds more credit to my stay experience. The most unforgetable spot I love about this hotel is its outdoor fireplace in the yard and its pool! Pool is always popular and the cheerful atmosphere attracts me. Even at the night, the lighting of the pool is fantastic. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine by the fireplace with cozzy chair and cushions. No other is more romantic than this! It's located very close to Stanford University and many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The staffs are all very nice with big smiles. Will definitely come back to this next time in Palo Alto and it encourages me to visit other Woodside hotels in California!

I would strongly recommend Stanford Park Hotel. Great location (for those who need to go to Stanford University or shopping center), friendly & professional staff, reasonable room rate, and elegant decorations. I especially appreciate the free parking lot which offers great convenience. The room was comfortable and spacious, but it would have been 100% perfect if the pop-up drain stopper and the cabinet door of fridge were repaired. However, it was the best one among the other three hotels I've stayed in that area.
