廁所蓮蓬頭壞了 反應後不修理 棉被蓋了會癢 除了地點好外 不會再去住

临时到罗马，如果想购物位置不错就在西班牙广场附近，下楼就是各种店铺；但是服务和住宿条件肯定不是五星，服务慢check in等了很久，房间没有肥皂要了两天才拿来；不知道是因为隔音太差还是其他原因，总有响动，每天被吵醒很无奈

It's a very good hotel location is very good for shopping, dinning and sight seeing. I'm highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Very classic hotel with reasonable price!

Convenient location, and old world charm. Amenities lacking like gym or swimming pool. No hot water kettle. Breakfast quality can be improved. Better than expected, and certainly better than the many comments on the list.

Loved the breakfast and the building is lovely… rooms need a refurbish

For the price, renovations are needed to the rooms and daily cleaning should be done. I dropped a shirt on the floor and it was filthy.

We have been away fo 5 weeks in 5 star hotels and this is easily the best Excellent service

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el personal de recepción es sumamente amable y muy profesional, contrario al personal del bar que no es amable y está mal atendido, el hotel en general nos gustó mucho y definitivamente volveríamos, disfrutamos mucho estar hospedados ahí.

The bed spring were old and not very comfort- definitely time for new mattresses.

El cuarto 138 está muy malo. Oscuro y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, hace un ruido terrible.

I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel and genuinely do not understand how it qualifies as a 5-star property. In my opinion, it is closer to a 3-star hotel. The service throughout my stay was consistently poor. Staff responsiveness and overall guest experience were far below expectations for a hotel in this category and price range. The rooms feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the bathroom was surprisingly small and inconvenient for a supposed luxury property. The biggest issue was housekeeping, which was among the worst I have experienced. Dirty towels were left on the floor and not removed, trash was not picked up, and the room floor was never cleaned. One evening I had to go to reception myself to request towels and carry them back because none had been replaced. Another night I had to request toiletries because they were not restocked. I also requested chamomile tea after speaking with reception earlier in the day. After calling again and waiting about 30 minutes, I found the receptionist outside smoking while I was still waiting. These experiences reflected a lack of attention to detail and service standards expected from a 5-star hotel. I booked expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately this hotel did not deliver. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for true luxury accommodations.
