The problem is that I only booked this hotel because of the outdoor pool since I had an extra day in Valencia by myself. The pool is indoors, it is small and everything around the pool looks very old, dirty and not been upgraded the last 20 years. No one used the pool and neither did I so complete waisted hotel booking. Would be lovely if both Hotels.com and the NH hotel could show pictures of how the actual pool looks and not the outdoors one that are in the pictures.

Good position

We had few situation with the room. When walk in part of feature of bathroom were in floor, door handle fell the second day, waste basket one day no bags in anyone.

Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get.

Muy buen hotel

Great rooms and hotel in general. The only issue was that the pool was closed for refurbishment and I wasn’t notified before - I wouldn’t have taken my swimming things if I’d have known!

We had a connecting family room which gave us a great space. We also really loved the breakfast and the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Fremragende hotel, værelset var rent, morgenmadsbuffet var perfekt. Ansatte var meget hjælpsomme, venlige og smilende.

Es waren sehr schöne Zimmer, die direkte Verbindungstüre zu unseren Kindern war sehr hilfreich. Pool und Fitnessgeräte haben wir auch gerne benutzt. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es reichlich Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges kleines Manko war die Sauna. Wir hätten diese gerne einmal benutzt, sie sah aber nicht einladend aus. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen.
