地點不錯!停車也相當方便，離市中心相當近，都是步行可到的距離。但是CP值低，房間價格偏高!!!而且房間偏小，對於攜帶大型行李的旅客而言不是很方便，而且房間格局有點詭異，浴室快要比房間還要大，過於浪費空間。

Highly recommend. Great hotel (facilities and restaurant/bar) perfectly located in the city center. Professional and helpful staff - and dedicated focus on the kids.

Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und außergewöhnlich gut, besonders die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren von hoher Qualität. Besonders zu loben war das äußerst freundliche & zuvorkommende Personal und Service. Alle waren besonders aufmerksam und stets um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemüht. Auch der Spa Bereich, sowohl der Sauna Bereich, aber auch insbesondere der neue Rooftop-Pool waren wunderschön. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und definitiv die erste Adresse in Augsburg.

조식이 매우 좋습니다. 아우크스부르크에서는 최고 일 듯합니다. 조식 현장 결제는 비싸서, 사전에 조식 포함으로 하세요...클래식 룸 크기는 작은편이지만...시설과 침대 등은 매우 좋습니다. 사우나, 루프탑풀도 있어서 좋구요...매우 만족스럽습니다. 특히 더운 여름에 에어컨디셔너가 설치되어 있어서 적당히 쾌적한 기온 습도 조건을 맞춰 주기에는 아우크스부르크에 몇 곳 없습니다. 에어컨 있는 곳이 거의 없습니다...

Some rooms don't have windows that you can open and in general there are no black-out drapes so you can't sleep from sunrise on without professional eye-pads. It was a huge problem for us so we will not be staying again.

This hotel is very well located. It is at the center of Augsburg. The rooms are nice but quite small for a 5 star hotel but very nice and clean. Confortable beds. The staff at the reception are very nice and willing to help. The concierge not so much. I needed information and advice and she was not responsive. A 5 star hotel needs to have someone better involved in helping the guests.

What a cute hotel! Each room that we saw was different and unique. Parking was easy and breakfast was delicious. There is no air conditioning (however, most hotels from what we understand do not have air conditioning in this town) but they did have fans and windows that opened. (We were there in a heat wave). The people that ran the hotel were delightful and very helpful!

De accommodatie heeft een mooie ligging, met een winkelcentrum op korte afstand. Ook de bar met het gezellige buitenterras in het hotel was een fijne plek om te ontspannen. We hebben hier heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf.

Staff at check in and check out were awesome.

Meget bra hotel. Bra restaurant. Nydelig frokost. Parkering i egen garasje til bil. Svømmebasseng på taket. Strøkent hotel! 100% thumbs up!

Do not stay on the fourth floor. It is the converted roof and the rooms have slanted ceilings. I was in room 401 and I had two slanted ceilings in the corner. Really they should be offering these rooms at a reduced rate and not the same class as a room with high ceilings. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and I do recommend it.

Needs to be better cleaned but overall a very nice experience
