Good location for traveling

房間暖氣熱死人 完全無法調溫度

廁所有臭味，睡覺時會臭醒。 住2晚，第2日不會再提供飲用水，要收錢。 吹髮器是像吸塵機般的管一樣，無法調節風力，長吹會過熱。 發現清潔房間的員工打開了我沒有鎖的書包，翻開了我買的手信。 the toilet stinks, when you was slept, you will be wake up by that strink smelling. we stayed 2 nights, but the second day will not provide the drinking water again, the hotel said that only first day will provide, if you want, you can take a water in the minibar, just will take the cost or charges. the hair dryer is funny, the wind is very low without adjustment of level degree, just like the pipe of vacuum cleaner, you will feel hot if use long time, especially the girl with long hairs. the staff of cleaning room service , i find that they open my bag and open my souvenir.

飯店離展館或旅遊地點很近，地點很好。但由于未提供煮水壺，尤其是對有喝溫水習慣的我們來說是非常不方便的。 建築內裝年限已老，導致若自行帶熱水壺加電，會有室內電壓下降或斷電的情況發生。 吹風機效率超級差，每次洗完頭髮，需花比洗頭更常的時間來吹乾頭髮。吹到很想睡著了。 早餐變化很少,住了6天，每天早餐一成不比變。

Hotel itself is ok, nice bar and garden with good staff. Few issues: at check in I need to ask 3 times for my Expedia gold benefits, the rooms are ok but the pillows are hard and worse the airco cannot go below 24 and goes up to 25 by itself, makes sleeping difficult . Breakfast included but the nicest things like made eggs or fresh juice needs to be paid… on check out again to to ask the deduct the Expedia offer of 20 euro per room… why if you offer it let someone ask for it.. never has seen this before

The overall appearance of the hotel is fine, it is the experience that you have here that is so poor. The staff are at best indifferent, but what really made the stay disappointing is the overall policy of dishonesty that the hotel embodies. I was supposed to be offered a VIP coupon for food/drink and it was never offered and when asked they just said 'sorry' but no follow through. I also overheard other people asking for their VIP upgrades and they were denied by the receptionist. The air-conditioning in my room was not working so in July it was actually hotter inside than out. Again no real response from the reception when I complained. So overall, the room was fine but the experience is not good.

Niet het nieuwste en meest moderne hotel, maar wel karakteristiek, snel, vriendelijke, spa, gym, trein, winkels en restaurants “om de hoek” dus helemaal prima!

Großes Haus am Rande des Zentrums. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

This is a really lovely hotel and feels quite luxurious. The complimentary breakfast is a real bonus with plenty of choice to get you started in the morning.

Great stay, the hotel was amazing.

Five star property just a bit outdated but in excellent shape with full service, comfortable lobby and bar and excellent restaurant. Large well equipped room with comfortable bed. Extensive breakfast buffet. 15 minute walk to the square. Easy underground parking.
