L'hotel è molto carino ma devo sottolineare che il personale non deve giudicare le persone dal loro aspetto. So perché mi hai chiesto se stavo confondendo il tuo hotel con un altro hotel. ad essere onesti, il tuo hotel non è costoso.

酒店位於聖馬可廣場旁邊，一條滿是商店的狹巷內，需要使用手機地圖協助到達。有升降機，房間的裝修古色古香，滿是紅色的牆紙及地氈，打開行李箱後房間非常狹窄。衛浴大致清潔，只是門未能上鎖。早上提供意大利風格早餐，8時左右餐廳非常多人，需要花一些時間尋找座位。 鄰近多個熱門景點，可以非常方便地在清晨欣賞聖馬可廣場的美景。從房間能聽到遠處的鐘聲，非常寫意。

Bed had a lot of bed bugs. Front desk switched our room twice and both rooms had bed bugs. Also, Hotel smells horrible.

Good location, friendly staff.

The hotel is small and ild but really cozy. Breakfast is simple but good. Location is just perfect, 200m away from St Marcos square. The people in the reception is very kind and helpful.

O Hotel é antigo e tem muito carpete, mas o que incomoda demais é o cheiro na recepção, é muito ruimmm, não sabiamos distinguiu se era cheiro de esgoto ou gás. O funcionário que nos recebeu no check-in, foi pouco empático, não sei seu nome, mas usava vários anéis nos dedos e tinha o cabelo comprido, talvez estivesse assim pelo cheiro que é horrivel, mas fica concentrado mais na entrada e recepção e chega até o local do café, no quarto esse cheiro não existia.

Chambre très calme et propre, quelques équipements sont vieillissants et les matelas mériteraient d’être changés. Personnel bienveillant.

Personnel charmant mais notre chambre était bruyante car côté rue, matelas ressort pas confortable et bas de lit déchiré- une remise à neuf serait le bienvenu, mais baignoire à remous très appréciable. Si la direction fait ces petits réajustements, l’hôtel serait à recommander de par son prix abordable, sa situation très centrale, sa deco bien vénitienne, Petit déjeuner simplissime, il faudrait y ajouter des fruits par exemple .

Clean room.

Room was cool. A little hard to reach toilet with stairs for senior, but cool to have two different rooms. Our room was facing a high traffic area and we heard loud people passing all hours of the night. Door could use soundproofing. Staff was great. Especially check-in staff. Bed was a bit too hard as well as pillow flat. Breakfast left much to be desired. You can leave bags, but, they don’t watch then. Just in a pile near the entrance. We had pickpockets try and rob us twice. I saw no reason why they wouldn’t just come in and steal bags given staff was behind a wall out of sight often. We decided to use luggage storage instead. Great area though.

The hotel was well located and the service was good. However, they put my adult son in a tiny room and said they couldn't change it until the next day. What was worse is that the room had bedbugs! Even after they moved him to another room, that one was also infested. His whole body was covered in bites. He was miserable. He had to go to the emergency room the moment he returned to the US and he has still not recovered. I would avoid this place even id the alternative was sleeping on the street.

Lovely place. The staff is very welcoming and helping.
