L'hotel è molto carino ma devo sottolineare che il personale non deve giudicare le persone dal loro aspetto. So perché mi hai chiesto se stavo confondendo il tuo hotel con un altro hotel. ad essere onesti, il tuo hotel non è costoso.

酒店位於聖馬可廣場旁邊，一條滿是商店的狹巷內，需要使用手機地圖協助到達。有升降機，房間的裝修古色古香，滿是紅色的牆紙及地氈，打開行李箱後房間非常狹窄。衛浴大致清潔，只是門未能上鎖。早上提供意大利風格早餐，8時左右餐廳非常多人，需要花一些時間尋找座位。 鄰近多個熱門景點，可以非常方便地在清晨欣賞聖馬可廣場的美景。從房間能聽到遠處的鐘聲，非常寫意。

Loved loved everything. The staff were great. The room was great and walking distance to the Sistine Chapel

The hotel is a great location but unfortunately it is a place to be endured rather than enjoyed. The room was incredibly hot and the bathroom very smelly with no window to air it. I asked reception to turn down the heating but it didn't change. The last straw was a couple talking about bed bugs at reception. We found another 3 star hotel with friendly staff, a kettle in the room, and a great, fresh buffet breakfast. We couldn't get a refund for any of the nights but it was worth it.

Staff especially dining and room are very clean and attentivel.

The room was not properly maintained. There was a broken piece of wood with a nail in it, which could have caused injury. Fortunately, I noticed it in time and did not step on it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, I politely asked to see the room before check-in because I had read reviews mentioning bed bugs, and I have allergies. The young man at the front desk responded very rudely, saying, “If you have allergies, stay home! I’m not here to show rooms — this is what it is. If you don’t like it, go to the Hilton!” His attitude was completely unacceptable. All the staff were impolite, and the whole place smelled bad and felt damp — both the lobby and the room. The bathroom was unusable; when my husband took a shower, water spilled all over the floor since there was no curtain or glass divider, leaving the toilet area soaking wet. That probably explains the damp smell everywhere. Our triple room had a sofa bed that was broken, dirty, and so uncomfortable it couldn’t be used. Breakfast was terrible — very poor quality and little variety. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Chambre (appartement de vacances) spacieuse, mais ayant besoin d'un rafraichissement évident tant dans les peintures que dans le mobilier (structure du lit d'appoint cassée, cache tringles rideaux cassée, certains crochets de maintien des rideaux manquants). Surprenant de ne pas être logé à l'hôtel, mais dans un bâtiment annexe, ou l'entrée se trouve sous un porche qui n'est pas du tout rassurant la nuit. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel accueillant.

Charming hotel very close to San Marco Square. The look is antique/classic but well preserved and clean. Bed was a bit hard but aside from that, it was a nice and convenient establishment. Service was good, although we had to put up with other tourists in front of us asking a hundred questions to the front desk attendant lol. Not the hotel's fault obviously.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel car on m’avait dit du bien. Hors en arrivant on nous a envoyé dans un autre hôtel !
