L'hotel è molto carino ma devo sottolineare che il personale non deve giudicare le persone dal loro aspetto. So perché mi hai chiesto se stavo confondendo il tuo hotel con un altro hotel. ad essere onesti, il tuo hotel non è costoso.

酒店位於聖馬可廣場旁邊，一條滿是商店的狹巷內，需要使用手機地圖協助到達。有升降機，房間的裝修古色古香，滿是紅色的牆紙及地氈，打開行李箱後房間非常狹窄。衛浴大致清潔，只是門未能上鎖。早上提供意大利風格早餐，8時左右餐廳非常多人，需要花一些時間尋找座位。 鄰近多個熱門景點，可以非常方便地在清晨欣賞聖馬可廣場的美景。從房間能聽到遠處的鐘聲，非常寫意。

We had to leave in the middle of the night after discovering bed bugs all over the room. We ended up with several bites. The room itself was overheated and the shower curtain was heavily stained.

La habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad, el aire acondicionado no servía y la pero parte vino al acostarnos, pasó una hora y mi novio estaba LLENO de PIQUETES de CHINCHE. Bajó a pedir un cambio en recepción y le dijeron que seguro eran mosquitos, solo le dieron un par de sábanas para que NOSOTROS la cambiáramos y obviamente el problema persistió además de que no dormimos por que nos dimos cuenta que no dejaban de salir esos insectos. El desayuno mal y pésimo el servicio del personal, de vdd eviten ir a ese hotel. Fue la peor experiencia en muchos años

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la Basilique Saint Marc. La chambre était propre et bien décorée. Le personnel était très aimable. Le petit déjeuner était correct, sans plus, mais nous avons apprécié qu'il soit sur place et inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Staff were all fabulous the only thing that let this place down was the worn out decor,we stayed there a few times in the past 7 years but this time it was really noticeable peeling faded wall paper very worn chipped furniture, bath that you had to stand in the toilet to get in !!!! Bath didn’t work no plugs in sink or bath . Bedding changed every day and housekeeping was very good

Breakfast was good, warm crescents, cheese, salami, coffee/late/ cappuccino. Basic but enough to get you going.

Croissants, preserves, brioche, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurt, coffee, fruit juice and water. Very basic but good coffee. Could’ve done with an egg.

Lugar muy viejo y feo! Había CHINCHES en la cama y a las 2:00am mos cambiaron de habitación. Personal deficiente.

Lindo y bien ubicado . Me gustó mucho la alcoba y su decoración

Full of bed bugs, just don't go there, staff denying the bug issu, just admit there was after i showed them a picture, they don't take this problem seriously....but you should by going somewhere else

Great location as a home base to visit Venice for a few days. It's an old building with lots of character, wonderful staff, beautiful details, just abit more than a hostel and way more privacy, best location too. Highly recommend to solo or couple travelers as well.

Convenient location to everything. Simple buffet breakfast but very good. No coffee to go! Disappointing!

Very outdated hotel, only two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels. The safe in the room was not working manager at the front desk kept being busy and couldn’t take care of us. Therefore, one of the housekeeping people people helped us. They switched the safe on us three times until finally the third one worked, however none of the safes were attached to the walls. Therefore, anybody could’ve came and grabbed the whole safe and walked out with it and the safe was too small to fit my iPad. Flat pillows, twin size beds were a poor quality, I was afraid to use the bedspread because it looked old and kind of dirty. The door to our room was not properly installed therefore, we had to make sure that we really slammed the door in order for it to close room stayed hot despite us turning down the thermostat, opened the windows, but there were no screens afraid bugs or a bird might fly in. One of the good things I could say is the shower was very nice and I have warm water. The housekeepers were very helpful. The headboard to where the bed beats the wall was not attached to the bed frame. It was attached to the wall. The beds were very shaky and moved easily. I think if the hotel should think about upgrading, they would receive more business.
