The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again.

The hotel conition was excellent. Location near central station. My room was quiet with a nice view outside. The bed was comfortable too. The rate is little more expensive than expected, but it was a good experience and would highly recommend.

we are in Fair time which is very expensive, however still have good services. Regarding the WIFI although it is free, but very low speed which affect my email receiving and business communication, I think should have more improvement space . About the breakfast, very good, but everyday is same, so I am suggest have difference manual, take turns, will be perfect. So far I like this hotel very much.

This was actually a great location - not too far from the university and historic center and very close to bus and train stations. There was an international festival when we were there, so that made it loud on the terrace at night, and we had to keep asking for coffee refills, plus there were sometimes a lot of conference people, making service a little difficult, but other than that, it was very pleasant! Nice, big rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel was chic, good size rooms, breakfast had a great variety, nice bar and helpful staff.

Branded property but nothing special

The hotel is clean, modern and centrally located. The lobby is welcoming and staff friendly. We stayed in a superior room and the size was about average for a city hotel room in comparison to others we've stayed in. There was a hairdryer, soap, body wash, conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom - they offered other amenities (which we didn't ask for) but had to be requested. Our room overlooked the square/main road which wasn't loud in our experience as there wasn't much nightlife in the area in the evening. The room was nice enough and adequate for our needs (stayed for 3 nights), although some parts were missed for cleaning (there was a lot of dust on our baggage from the floor when unpacking). The restaurant was good which we dined only for breakfast. It had a small selection of hot and cold food to start the day. The range is smaller to other city hotels we've stayed at but was ample for our needs. The hotel is situated about a 5 minute walk from the train station, where you can get the Marconi Express train to the airport in about 15 minutes. To the city centre/two towers, it's about a 15 minute walk straight down one road. Would strongly recommend if staying for a short break, looking for a safe, centrally located base whilst exploring the city. We travelled as a couple in April 2026.

Everything was perfect! The staff, specially the Peruvian lady was very helpful! Clean room and comfortable.

Good service throughout our stay. Rooms clean and well maintained. We paid extra for breakfast and the quality and range of food was decent. Plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance feom the hotel. Piazza Maggiore only a 15min walk from the hotel. Train station less than 5min walk. Stayed with family including a 9YO. Would stay again if visiting Bologna.

Fantastic stay, beautiful room, helpful staff, great breakfast

Had a great couple of days at NH, it was my birthday during my stay and they gave me a slide of cake with a candle during breakfast, was a really touch. Easy to move around and close to the train station. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Bologna.
