The hotel is at a very good location. The room is nice and with very good bedding. Breakfast is OK also.

Very spacious room, helpful and friendly staffs, have dined at the bistro once and it’s good. The location, of course, is the highest merit, as it’s next to the residence palace and opera, and only a few steps away from the cathedral that defines Dresden’s skyline. However, WIFI is surprisingly slow for a five star hotels, many a times, it is not working, at all, hotel did explain later blaming on peak hour usage.

各方面都非常好，这是我在欧洲住的最好的酒店之一，堪称完美。如果说一定要找不足，就是建筑本身比较复杂，转得有点晕而已。

超正的住宿，服務一流，我們一家很享受這地方，渡假很適合，惟附近旅遊景點不多！

飯店位置在大景點的正中央，非常方便 無論是櫃檯服務、客房清潔、room service 送餐速度等等，都讓我非常滿意

旁邊就是Zwinger 以及歌劇院, 對我們來說真的太方便了! 飯店本身也很漂亮, 雖然內部裝潢沒有想像中古典!

居然是王宫改建的酒店，与德累斯顿宫想连，实在太方便了。房间层高很高，床很舒服，主动为孩子提供了加床。满意。迷宫般的走廊有点累人，体会一下宫殿的感觉

Hotel 5 estrelas mesmo. Única coisa que não gostei foi a baixa temperatura da água da piscina. Não sei se é em toda Alemanha, mas eles mantém em 27 graus, o que faz com que seja difícil entrar e permanecer na piscina

Richard, Benjamin, and all the staff were perfect! Exceeded our expectations. Richard helped to coordinate reasonably priced taxis to/from the hotel and Benjamin checked us in smoothly. The welcome profiteroles were a stunning surprise. As AMEX members, there was a free upgrade so we enjoyed a beautiful lanai overlooking the front of the hotel; early check-in and late checkout as members were well received The bellhops were very warm and accommodating. While we were only visiting for an evening, our visit at the hotel was unforgettable. We will definitely be back to this charming city and this beautiful hotel.
