整體來說價格對得上住宿品質。最讚的是check-in超快，謝謝飯店那位超強櫃檯！！！

1 lift broken down, very slow lift. Good that it provides free parking.

We stayed 3 nights at end of March. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite warm at night for us but could open a window and it was quiet outside. Breakfast was very good and the staff were really helpful. We also ate in the restaurant every evening. Again it was all freshly cooked and really good. We would happily return.

The cereal, breads, fruit were all lovely and fresh but the hot buffet counter food(sausages, puddings, bacon & Hash browns) were of poor quality, very processed taste from them so unfortunately could not eat after first bite/taste. Would not be recommending breakfast at the prices being charged unless a breakfast option for just cereals/fruit/tea-coffees/juices at a lesser cost was available.

No cold water in tap or shower just very hot water. Kids making alot of noise in hallway with no parents supervision. Called down to reception but noting done.

Nice business atmosphere hotel. Food and beverage services were very good.

When arrived there were biscuits and water in the room which was nice. They were not refilled the next day nor the milk. The beds just had the duvet roughly pulled up. The bathroom bin not emptied.staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel generally clean to a good standard

Dear Clayton Hotel Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to share some brief feedback from our recent stay at Clayton Hotel Silver Springs, which I hope will be helpful for service improvement. We were not informed at check-in that the swimming pool required advance booking or that it closed at 6:00 pm. When we arrived at we were told it closed at 7:00 pm, resulting in us being unable to use the pool and having to return the following day on a day pass. The facilities were described as a five-minute walk, but it was not mentioned that the route involves a fairly steep uphill walk. On a positive note, the staff member in the gym explained everything clearly, which we appreciated. However, during our stay we also experienced delays in receiving toilet tissue when requested, bedding not being properly made on day two, and some disappointment with breakfast — while the selection was good, the hot breakfast quality was poor and the juices appeared heavily diluted. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, as clearer communication and some service improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Cork where service levels we experienced were a step up from this. Thanks and regards, Kishon
