El piso de la habitación con mucho polvo; lo que se incluye en la habitación es muy básico, y los consumosextras caros; el estacionam. iento para los huéspedes, tampoco es económico. Eso sí, es bonito el lugar, y mas céntrico no se podía pedir.

Un lugar muy tranquilo limpio y acogedor con muy buena ubicación y el trato del personal fue excelente

La habitación estaba muy normal , entraba mucha luz por las puertas, la verdad le hace falta una remodelación, para ser un quita real da mucho de que hablar

Honest Review! This hotel has a Mexican soap opera vibe. The establishment is very clean, rooms are also very clean. There is a mini split a/c unit in the room which keeps the room nice and cool on hot days. The staff is very nice. The location is also top tier, walking distance to the plaza from where you can get transportation to literally anywhere. The buffet in the morning is very good, they have a variety of food to eat and plenty of cook-to-order food (tacos, omelets, pizza etc.). Also tried the Italian restaurant Panadero in the hotel and the food was surprisingly just like the food I tasted in Italy. Staff mention the owner is Italian and it’s his recipes that are being used ( not sure if it’s true, but the food was delicious). I slept like a baby, bed was really comfortable, felt built for royalty. I would 100% recommend. Will be staying here again when I come back.

Location is excellent! My room was spacious and plenty of amenities. Staff with higher rank (front desk, managers, bell boys) were snobby, but the staff at the restaurants, chef and bar were very attentive and friendly, my experience was so much pleasant thanks to them.

Excelente ubicación para ir al centro de Puebla

Por error reserve fechas equivocadas y me percaté casi de inmediato (2min) y volví a reservar en las fechas correctas y no me quisieron hacer la devolución de mi dinero, aún y cuando faltaban más de 3 para las fechas erróneas. Pésimos servicio al cliente.

La limpieza de las habitaciones. Se me cayó un arete y abajo de la cama parece que no ha entrado la escoba en años. El upgrade NADA comparado con lo que hemos tenido en otros hoteles. Vi una habitación superior a la que me dieron. Deja mucho que desear.

The room is very clean and the setting is great. The overall of the hotel setting is very cosy and welcoming. We’ve like to have a microwave in the room though; however, it may defeat the purpose of the having restaurant within the hotel.

El personal es muy amable y nos dieron la habitación antes. Solo objetaría el servicio en el bar, tardado, sin botana .

Cool hotel in former 16century convent. Room was interior but pleasant and comfortable. Water pressure was not great, and shower head was poorly positioned and got floor wet. I initially paid for breakfast for both days, but after poor service and poor food the first am, decided to go elsewhere the second morning. However, when zi asked for a refund for the second days breakfast, they told me that was not possible! After much back and forth they said we could use it for other food or drink. I reluctantly spent the credit on room service. When the waiter delivered my pizza, salad, and tea, he had not applied the credit. The food was again poor and I had to wait for him to go to reception to verify my credit. Good location, cool building, but don’t eat here or expect good customer service.
