唯一的缺點就是樓層有高低落差很大，要抬行李搬行李非常吃力！有些老舊但是要準備重新裝修，地點很方便是不錯的飯店.

對我來說 這是很方便的旅館 每次參團來旅遊的親朋好友都住在附近的旅館 我跟他們見面很方便 喝咖啡 聊天都很棒 又是在 行人徒步區 早上 清潔人員 沒敲門 開了兩次門 未到 中午十二點 還未到退房時間 實在很不禮貌和沒有安全感 已告知過櫃台人員⋯ 希望有所改進⋯

酒店比較舊, 房間細，勝在位置鄰近聖斯德望主教座堂及格拉本大街。

Great location great stuff had a good stay. Only issue is air conditioner barely works and in this heat wave it was needed.

Good breakfast buffet, centrally located and great value. No A/C so summer nights can be hot and noisy crowds outside. We recommend the hotel.

事前にバスタブ付きを希望と連絡して、チェックインには随分時間がかかったが準備してくれて良かった。部屋はリニューアルされており、とてもきれいだった。

Il lato positivo della struttura è la posizione: centro storico di Vienna. Per essere un 4 stelle, manca una palestra/spa. I costi al bar e delle amenities fornite in stanza sono molto alti (4€, con sconto applicato, un succo d'arancia indistriale). La stanza è OK ma la doccia ha una conformazione particolare, forse tipica della nazione austriaca, ma non completamente chiusa e pertanto il bagno viene abbondantemente bagnato quando ci si lava. Da un 4 stelle e lecito aspettarsi una doccia migliore. Lato housekeeping orari totalmente random: il primo giorno c'è stato alle 16.40 (anomalia assoluta, per la mia esperienza, l'housekeeping nel tardo pomeriggio), mentre il secondo (e ultimo giorno) alle 9.10 hanno bussato: molto sconveniente bussare alla porta di persone (presumibilmente) in vacanza a quell'ora. Detto questo, se non ci fosse stanto un housekeeping totalmente random assegnerei 7.5/10, anche visto il prezzo pagato per le due notti (non alto), ma con quanto riportato sopra, il mio giudizio scende a 7/10.

Hotel right in the centre of Vienna , every attraction in walkable distance. St Stephen’s Cathedral just outside , Hofburg palace nearby opera house around the corner . . Fantastic staff could not do enough for you , I got a room upgrade to a corner suite that was amazing , very good breakfast .

Our second stay at the Hotel Europe just off Kartnerstrasse in as many visits to Vienna! This location is simply perfect! We were just blocks from two subway stops: Stephensplatz and Opera/Karlsplatz which got us pretty much everywhere we couldn't walk to. And this location is walkable to many of the most popular art and history museums in this historic city. This hotel is modern, clean and bright! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and always greets you when entering the lobby. There is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. Couldn't ask for much more!

Excellent location in heart of Vienna but expensive because of that. Small room, very old carpet, noisy air conditioning unit that did not work well, broken hairdryer, few amenities. Did not try the restaurant. But linens and room were clean and front desk staff kind, knowledgeable and able to answer questions.

Perfect location to all public transportation, and they serve very good breakfast.

Sauber und gutes service, gutes Zimmer

Clean room and superb staff with location in the heart of Vienna. Walked easily to opera, musikverein, cathedral and shopping. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Restaurant was fine, with staff helping us with great local referrals to eat. Easy uber and taxi pickups.
