为了方便从羽田机场前往，我们预订了这家酒店。酒店距离池袋站步行约10分钟。我们每天都走这条路线，然后搭乘JR列车前往新宿或东京参加一日游。

阳光城王子酒店地理位置优越，价格合理，交通便利，靠近各大商场、购物区和地铁站。酒店员工热情友好，我们在这里度过了非常愉快的时光。

这家酒店很受池袋地区游客的欢迎。如果您想入住，一定要提前预订，因为经常客满。😁 酒店位置绝佳，与设有宝可梦中心的购物中心直接相连，而且去哪儿都很方便。如果我再来池袋，肯定还会选择这家酒店。

价格便宜，物超所值！对于日本东京来说，这个房价非常实惠。

这是我第三次住在这里了。 我订的是三人间，因为那次不知怎么的比双人间便宜。 说实话，房间真的好大！住起来超级舒服。浴室也超级干净。我们把第三张床用来放行李箱，这样就不用跪下来打开了。 超级方便！ 旁边的商场折扣也很多。我们买衣服的时候几乎打了8折。说实话，我们非常满意，退房的时候有点舍不得。跟我们在日本住过的其他酒店相比，这家酒店总是客满，可能是因为太方便了。早上能听到门口中国客人的声音，有点吵，不过还好。我们已经享受到了更多好处了。 对了，我还喜欢他们不会在12点前催我们出门（他们通常都会这样做）。下次我可能会再订这家酒店。

I chose to stay at this hotel only because the VIP Limousine to airport passed this hotel and also it is a 4-star hotel I have high expectation. However, the self check-in machine is not working even after the staff helped, so I should go to receptionist but the process took a very long time. I was charged 200 yen for "tourism" tax while in other hotels (previously I stayed in Toyama, Ginza and Kyoto) didn't charge anything. The room is very very hot I couldn't stand it. They said they turned on the heater since it was winter but I and my friend felt like it was summer. The heater had been turned off but there was no aircon in the room to make it cooler. The front desk suggested me to call to housekeeping and there was no answers and after the frontdesk call the housekeeping, the staff sent us a standing aircon. The standing aircon should be activated to the lowest temperature and highest speed to make us feel a little comfortable but room temperature still hotter than the hallway outside the room. My friend didn't want to change the room since we were too tired and our luggages were too heavy to be carried around, and we just stayed for 1 night only. It wasn't a nice experience at all. How come the staff that brought us the standing aircon didn't say anything after feeling the heat inside the room and offered us some helps at least suggested to change to better room. On the next day when I checked-out and returned the key to receptionist, I expressed our dissapointment to the frontdesk but she made a "sorry-not sorry" statement with uncared expression. I'm not thanked for the worse experiences in this hotel. My previous hotels even they were just 3-star hotels, they had better facilities than this hotel.

Below is mal + Family Mart & near Ikebukuro st, but AC is not working in my room 713, so it is kinda hot for me who stayed for 8 days. Arigato gosaimazu.

Staff hotel ramah dan ada staff yang bisa berbahasa Inggris sehingga tidak menghalangi orang yang tidak bisa berbahasa Jepang. Lokasi cukup bagus, hotelnya ada di atas mal sehingga mudah untuk berbelanja dan makan, namun agak jauh dari stasiun (sekitar 10-15 menit jalan kaki). Secara akses, stasiun Ikebukuro termasuk stasiun besar sehingga mudah menuju tujuan-tujuan seperti Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo Dome, etc dengan kereta. Ada juga akses bus langsung dari dan ke Bandara, sehingga praktis. Ruangan cukup besar untuk ukuran hotel di Tokyo. Kamar mandinya pun cukup luas meskipun masih berupa unit bath. Amenities yang tersedia bagus dan lengkap. Overall cukup puas menginap di sini, tapi kekurangan-nya adalah cukup jauh jalan kaki dari dan ke stasiun kereta.

Hotel yang bagus dengan staff yang ramah dan private onsen yang buka 24 jam.

There is a direct airport limousine bus from HND/NRT airport to the hotel and there is a convenience store inside, adjacent to the mall with connecting entrance, only 5-10 mins leisure walk to the hub Ikebukuro station … a lot of restaurants and shopping centers in the area. The room is standard for hotels in Japan, amenities are provided and it is clean. Absolute favorite place to stay!

Hotel is connected to Sunshine City Mall. There is 24/7 Family Mart in the lobby. You can take the airport limousine from Haneda/Narita to reach this place.
