Hidden charge for hotel facilities that I never have chance to use it 😓

I had pleasant to stay here..good location, near to union square, city center, staff is helpful..worth it to stay here..definitely will stay here again :)

Thin walls, was able to hear people walking and talking on the corridor and trucks unloading in the morning

Location is great! Safe at night and steps away from union square. Not so much a 4-star quality hotel considering the amenities are limited to only soap, shampoo, no shower caps, no cotton buds nor electric kettle (although There’s a water purifier in the hallway which is a nice touch) room size is slightly on the small size for the price we paid ( and is smaller than picture) Service Staff were all very nice.

Service in this hotel is awesome, they give us early check in because there is a ready room. The reception very helpful and accommodating, location is perfect. Overall we impress by their service.
