Nice stay, the room was a little dated but overall pretty good.

The hotel was clean and staff very polite.

Internet didn't work on 4 different services. Called for help, they sent someone up who just disconnected and reconnected repeatedly for 25 minutes as if we didn't know to do that. Eventually I told him it was getting late (12:30am) and I would try again in the morning. Then front desk called me at 1am to suggest I restart my devices, which I had already done several times. Internet never did end up working. Not worth the premium price.

Bartender said he knew how to make a certain drink and it was obvious that he didn't.

Clean room, great staff

The room was good, but the shower wasn't working in the morning when we got up to get ready for the day. I told the front desk person when we were checking out and he said they would look into it. It was just disappointing to not be able to get cleaned up before we left.

Everything was good, staff were good and friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and ready for us a bit earlier so that’s a bonus.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the sheets smelled like fresh linen. Everything about the hotel is exceptional.

Room was clean but outdated furniture. Check in was easy. I had an issue with self parking as there was a Xmas party who took all the spaces. When i spoke to the front desk i was told first cone first serve. And i would have to pay for valet parking. It seened ridiculous since i was there for 5 days and the party was there for a few hours. My bill was finally adjusted however they charged valet parking to a friend who did not have a car. It took 3 calls for this to be credited. However we had a nice view of the water. Hotel is close to downtown and retaurants.

The staff at the Westin were so friendly and helpful! We were very impressed!
