非常休闲的度假酒店，房间出来就是漂亮的海滩，每天都有工作人员打扫。

在海边，地图上的位置与实际的大门有偏差，找了半天。

We had some unexpected visitors (small cockroaches in the bathtub) and who knows where else that didn’t see. When approached the front desk they offered not to charge hotel fee and commented to the other staff member saying yes the pest problem we are having

Please note that this is — and feels like — a private country club. We loved it and want to return after Labor Day when it will feel less hectic.

Rooms are outdated but kept clean. Direct beach access is the most outstanding and unique feature.

Not only the location and staff are wonderful but the food is amazing!

The hotel and grounds are amazing. Its proximity to the shore is determined by the room you choose. We chose a less expensive room, however, due to a mix-up, we were provided with a wonderfully large room overlooking the ocean. I was impressed with the kindness shown by the staff and the amenities provided.

We rented a BBQ and outdoor table service for dinner the BBQ never was started properly. We called for service several times and it never came. Fortunately we had another party allow us to use their BBQ. In the morning and throughout the day our first floor oceanfront room view was blocked by a stack of chairs and tables. Not really what you pay to have an ocean view of! Overall not the experience I had in the past or expected. A disappointment.

Staff all very friendly, the free parking can’t be beat! Private beach with chairs and umbrellas is excellent. Having a full kitchen is also a plus in an area where eating out is so expensive.

My wife got sick before our arrival and I asked the property to cancel and refund our reservation which they have not done. It’s disappointing to see and experience lack of humility about an unfortunate situation.
