人員親切，靠近查馬丁車站，非常便利

酒店位置一般，不太容易找，对于东方人，感觉马德里酒店的服务水准整体不如东京香港新加坡。早餐不错，是个亮点。

飯店位置離地鐵站近,對一個初到陌生環境的旅客來說省去找路的麻煩,也節省了相對多的時間, 飯店用品及擺設都不錯,整體環境良好,價格實惠,CP值高.

位置近車站, 很方便. 職員不太懂英語,但也很好努力解釋給我聽及幫助我的需要. 早餐很豐富, 很好吃. 附設很大的泳池, 可惜我沒時間享用.

+ Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Härlig pool. - AC’n på vårt rum var det något fel på med högt ljud som resultat. Det luktade avlopp inne i badrummet men efter jag spolat vatten i både bidé, handfat och badkar så försvann lukten.

Good hotel, nice pool, good breakfast. Great location if you are travelling by fast trains. Centre of Madrid also a short train ride away.

Achei o hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e metrô. Café da manhã excelente, quarto espaçoso. Recomendo.

The pool area was simply not good enough. Could easily be made better; better facilities, better looking, maybe include the option of buying water etc. Overall, the hotel was under par and we were surprised that Meliã put its name to this. That said, staff was friendly, rooms were ok, and it was clean.

The location was convenient for my travel. I was offered a room upgrade at a minimal cost. The room was a little strange; the sleeping area had a television and was illuminated only by the bedside lights, which left it rather dark, while the smaller and separate sitting area had plenty of light, a 3-seat sofa and armchair, and nothing else. The lady running the bar and making snacks in the evening was very friendly and hardworking, and the buffet breakfast the following morning was good. I thought the hotel was overpriced, but in a capital city...

Very nice hotel right near the station nd not far for Real Madrid ground just two mins on metro

The gym had no water and was full of flies. Location is only ok if you need the train.
