The toilet is not clean enough and always generates urine smell……

The breakfast was amazing and the room was great.

Hotel is in a great location. Breakfast is excellent. Our room could have a little updating but was very comfortable.

Wouldn’t extend parking for 2 hours even though there were many available spots

Overall, everything was good. The only suggestion I would have is regarding the service in the breakfast area. The really young lady welcoming guests may benefit from some additional service training. Even small adjustments in facial expression and approach could better align with the hotel’s service standards.

Parking was a little hard to find.

Great breakfast

Room was overall clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bathroom was so tiny for 4 people. Otherwise, loved all the space in the Balmoral room. Grateful for the robes. Nice touch!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive to every detail. I casually mentioned through the app that there were only two bathrobes even though there were three of us, and they immediately brought an extra one without me having to follow up. That level of service really stood out. On our last day, they also allowed us to leave our luggage for free so we could stroll around the city comfortably before heading to the ferry. The location is perfect — right in downtown, close to the harbour and many attractions. The only disadvantage was that we can hear people from the other rooms and loud steps and thumps above us, as well as people at the back going to the spa/bath. But overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.
