Great location for the inner harbour.

Great experience. Right next to the harbor on Canada Day. Even had small maple leaf flags to wave (we were happy to miss Trump's salute to himself on America's 250 Anniversary the next day). Breakfast was a little chaotic as they had too many people to seat at once, but it worked out. Would stay there again.

Amazing experience. Originally booked at the Huntingdon Hotel. Upon arrival, staff informed we had been upgraded to the Bellville House. Beautiful room. Staff brought complimentary sparkling wine to the room upon arrival and then the next morning, we had a complimentary breakfast at the tea house. Unreal breakfast and very accommodating to a gluten free diet. Few amenities on the property but they did have secure bike storage locker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Everything was great! The room with the balcony would have had a gorgeous view, but there was construction while we were there. But it was still lovely to have a balcony to sit and have our coffee. Breakfast was a wonderful assortment of foods and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!

The room can be more clean and the fixtures can be improved. There is constant noise at night from the hall way and we couldn’t sleep at all. The room lighting was mis match. There was no light above the mirror. The bathroom was too small. The shower head was dirty. The room was not adequate for the price we paid. Lights in the fixtures are mismatched.

Near the water and the town center, this has a great location to walk to many points of interest. Underground parking is $18 a day, and it came with a (pretty standard for hotels) breakfast buffet.

Got the wrong room type initially but easily fixed Air conditioner was temperamental and we had to ask the front desk to tell the people above to stop their child from stomping around even though it was late. Breakfast was ok.

Clean room, felt like a classy place. Great neighborhood and parking (under the building) was easy. We had a bit of a challenge understanding the directions given by the man when we checked in. He and I are both native English speakers, yet it was challenging. Breakfast was mediocre- eggs from a mix, so called croissants were really just frozen things, quite mediocre coffee. If I were returning, I’d still stay there. At least the breakfast had protein! Rooms were quite nice and quiet, even on the main floor.

I love the location and the character of the buildings. On an earlier trip, we enjoyed afternoon tea at the Pendray Inn. The fountains and gardens on the property are lovely. The breakfast had quality ingredients and a lot of selections, the breakfast staff were very attentive, we were seated immediately and staff were available to explain how the hot water dispenser worked and clear used dishes. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly with storing our luggage before checking and after check out. Upon checkin they upgraded my room, which I believe confused the wi-fi login, however that was fixed with a quick call down to the front desk. The room was nicely laid out, and the fold out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable for our 3rd guest. Extra blankets were available in the closet along with extra towels in the bathroom cupboard. The changed room may have been what triggered an incorrectly charged parking fee (we didn’t have a car). Upon contacting the hotel the charge was immediately reversed. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and was happy with how easily any issues were addressed. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

The Victorian look was beautiful. The price was a bit pricey, but it was in a prime location so it was worth it for the peak of the season. Overall, great place to stay.

Location is great!

We were put in room 123 at the Hampton in Pendleton Oregon. Treated to constant roaring and pulsating noise in our room all night. Were denied a refund and told because we used Expedia. Finally spent part of the night in the breakfast dining room.

The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was well organized and delicious. The location was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter le centre de Victoria, que ce soit vers le parlement à 2 minutes, beacon Hill Park à 4 minutes.
