Hotel facilities are exceptional. However, what stands out is the staff. Always helpful, kind and supportive!

Like with many holliday hotels, very annoying hours for the pool (only from 11am) and spa (only from 10am)

Schönes Hotel, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut.

Great stay, a little further from the city of Jerez ( about 10 min drive) but it is truly worth the drive.

Hôtel plutôt adapté aux amateurs de golf. Pour les autres, l’intérêt est limité. Nous avons été initialement installés dans une villa mitoyenne sans eau chaude, avec en plus des bruits de chantier l’après-midi. Après réclamation, nous avons pu obtenir une belle suite, ce qui a amélioré le séjour. Petit déjeuner assez basique (type low cost, 18 €/pers), mais j’ai apprécié le jus d’orange pressé frais.

O quarto é um pouco velho, mas em boas condições. Limpeza ruim e wi-fi praticamente inexistente, além da smart TV não funcionar como smart. Parte de crianças só funciona no verão, mesmo o dia estando queste, tudo fechado. O SPA é inacessível a elas, ou seja, não vá com crianças.

Muy bien ubicado para jugar al golf o motociclismo, para relajarte también estaría muy bien, único problema si necesitas coger taxis, que tardan mucho y el servicio es bastante caro ya que el hotel está bastante alejado de todo

Die Villas schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer leider völlig fehlgeplant: Bidet direkt vor der Toilette mit ca.20 cm Abstand

En recepcion nada especial , la habitacion pobre sin demostrar la categoria de 5 estrellas. Lejos Lejos de Todo . Toallas negreadas y muy limitado Todo Los complementos en la habitacion. Normalito , no representa la Cadena Barcelo

Hyggelig betjening og bra mat. Fin golfbane etter en tørr sommer. Noe støy fra motorbanen på noen hull.
