The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Kids were running up and down the halls for 2 days straight ALL day and no one did anything about it. The indoor hot tub was closed, the waterfalls weren’t working. Then halfway through swimming , staff shocked the pool so we couldn’t go in it. Outdoor hot tub thankfully was the highlight. Staff at Casey’s was AMAZING. Brunch, dinner and night entertainment and staff AMAZING

Room was clean but a little dated. Property showed it’s age

We stayed here last year and they had cnn, abc, nbc and cbs. Now they have none of these so a very boring t.v. when we checked in there was zero greeting. When we would come in in the evening the lady was at the desk doing nothing and zero greeting. Very, very odd for a hotel.

Our 7 year old nephew loved the pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub. This is an older hotel but very clean and well run.

We had a great time, will come back. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

The breakfast was fresh. The room was clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. The nightly entertainment in the Pub was a bonus.

The Hot tub inside was still under construction, and the Hottub outside could be a tad hotter itherwise everything else was good.

Great rooms, great food and lots of options between the 2 on site restaurants.

Stayed for 3 nights, it was okay.. nothing really stood out about the hotel. No workout facility, no morning breakfast, hot tub inside was broken. Pool doesn't allow any water toys or floatation devices.. to me that just takes away alot of the fun in a pool, especially for the price your paying to enjoy your time. Towels need to signed out and can't leave the pool area.. so your walking back to your room cold and wet in your bathing suit. Main elevator is very dated and kept stopping on random floors with no one there and no buttons being pushed. Are room was also very dated and quite dull. I expected abit more updates.. the hotel hasnt changed since I was a kid visiting my grandmother when she would come in from out of town.

Pool, hot tub were great. Room adjuster was very accomodating. When asked for a special request, they were prompt, great service.

Rooms are very clean , all the staff were helpful. Rooms are aged. Pool area is relaxing and was kid friendly for our family.

The beds in the two rooms I had booked were bad had two bad nights sleep.

Disappointing. This place used to be the place to stay in the Sault. Now everything is dated and aging. Indoor hot tub has been down for 14 months (according to locals), outdoor hot tub was cool and didn't seem clean. It used to have gas heaters on the pathway so you wouldn't slip or freeze on the way in. No longer. I expected some shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There were the tiniest containers of each... needed two for my hair and then to ask for more (very wasteful). Four of us checked in and we had three towels. The carpet "tiles" are dog-eared and dirty. There was hair on the chair and in the tub. The TV is so outdated, that you can't rent a movie or stream from your phone (we were waiting out a snow storm). No recycling. Three nights there and our room was cleaned partially only once. They forgot to make the beds. I think my days off staying here for our ski trips are over!!!

Excellent staycation location.

Staff at this hotel have always been wonderful. It is a very clean location and close to many stores. We had to stay an extra day and the staff helped us stay in the same room during the check-out/in process for the extra day. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Ordered a room with 2 queens and was given two doubles when I said something to the front desk they told me they were queens when they clearly were just doubles
