Baño requiere mantenimiento x corrosión y hongo. Además mejora con pasamanos sobre la bañera

El alojamiento bueno, el personal de recepción y cafetería excelente. Los colchones un desastre duras altas e incómodas no pudimos dormir (habíamos estado otras veces y los colchones eran buenos, no comprendemos como han comprado esos colchones).

he ido otras veces y sin problema, está vez me dieron un cuarto en el que el aire acondicionado funciona fatal... muchísimo ruido y no podía dormir con ello encendido, y si lo apagaba me asaba de calor... es una lastima que el mantenimiento sea tan mediocre

Nice room, helpful staff and a good location for the city centre, good breakfast. Parking was under the hotel and anywhere in the car park, reduced price for hotel but still €25/night, access from car park into hotel reception via lift.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal de rección muy amables,n atendiendote en todo lo que necesites

Nos gustó mucho el hotel. Todo estaba muy limpio, el trato fue excelente y la estancia fue muy cómoda. El desayuno también estuvo muy bien. Lo único que mejoraría son las plazas de aparcamiento, que son algo justas de tamaño. Por lo demás, todo genial. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

A recepção é péssima, tivemos um problema no quarto e que só resolveram quando reclamamos no site do grupo Sercotel. Muito desagradável.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean and changed every day. Superb location by park close to tiwn centre. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choice, home made jams, fresh pastries and hot food. Excellent value.

Modern spacious room and great choice at breakfast.

Room was fine however very warm, and found out that there is no Air Con. A hotel in Spain with no Aircon!!! I turned it on initially to cool the room and it heated it to 26 Deg Centigrade. No free water available in the room and expect to be charged €3.5 for a bottle to use for washing your teeth. Bar was miserable and dull but drinks were fine and bar staff were pleasant Breakfast buffed was fine but to many queue's for the coffee machines. Liked the fresh orange juicer which was a nice touch Hotel was fine but I don’t think I would probably use it again if in town

O quarto era barulhento. Ouvia-sem o barulho das mercadorias/cargas que entravam no Corte Inglês e havia muitos nevados na rua que gritavam na calçada do quarto.

Staff very helpful. Hotel close to all shops, walking distance. Good and safe parking. Amazing buffet breakfast
