Awesome hotel. Will stay there again

PROPERTY WAS RUN DOWN, HORRIBLE DIRTY,DISGUSTING SWIMING POOL HOT TUB FILTHY!! PHOTOS ONLINE ARE DECEIVING.ALSO BEWARE PARK AT YOUR ON RISK HOTEL FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE PETER WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL ASSITING GUEST,ALSO CHECKING IN WE HAD TO PAY A RESORT FEE !! FOR A RUN DOWN HOTEL ABSOLUELY NOT A RESORT BY ANY MEANS. NEVER EXPERIANCE BOOKING A HOTEL ONLINE AND UPON ARRIVAL WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A FEE ATTACHED CLAIMING RESORT FEE IF IT WASN'T THAT IT WAS LATE IN THE AFTERNOON WITH OUR PET WE WOULD HAVE ASK FOR MONEY BACK CHECK OUT AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL !!! A MOTEL WOULD HAVE BEEN WAY BETTER THAN THIS "STILL IN SHOCK WITH THE WHOLE RESORT FEE ADDED ON !!! THE ONLY PLUS PERSONEL IN HOTEL WAS AMY AND JOSE IN THE FRONT DESK :(

I've stayed at this property a few times a few years back and I came back and I still love staying there convenient and very friendly staff. No complaints.

Great location, clean, and nice rooms and bathrooms. No gym and no pool until 930am before checkout. Not a place for athletes or those into wellness and health.

Nice bar, have to drive to downtown. Railroad tracks and several trains a night. So a bit loud

Room was clean and very nice. Bathroom a bit small but clean. Needs additional trash cans in room but overall very nice and a good price for a one night stay. We had a view of the river which was BEAUTIFUL

Enjoyed our stay! Joel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!

Pool and hot tub area was nice. Room was spacious and clean however water in sink and shower smelled like it came from the river behind the hotel. Just FYI they are train tracks right behind the hotel and the train runs about every hour hauling shipping containers however unless your light sleeper it's probably not going to bother you inside the room. Hotel is in walking distance of the historical district and has several restaurants close by.

This was just an overnight stay on our travels, we had our little dog with us and was given what I believe to be the pet friendly room, which reeked of dog urine, very musty, muggy and damp feeling. Outside property very appealing, and deceiving. Evening check in staff member was friendly and efficient.

The hotel room we had smelled really bad . There was a few bugs on the floor unfortunately. The pool area was nasty and the ac was so noisy and smelled terrible.

Close to everything, the restaurant was amazing at the hotel. Great price, the staff was awesome.

Just spend a little more money and stay somewhere else, the owner obviously does not contribute any profit to quality marketed online.
