The staff were friendly.

i could say it worth for money. I felt satisfied with anything at the hotel. Must stay there if I visit Calgary next time.

Curtains need to be improved.

I stayed in the king standard, it had a fridge, stove, microwave, even a kitchen sink! Its an older building for sure, but the bed was comfy, the shower was hot with nice pressure, tv worked & the pancakes at breakfast were tasty. It

Loud

We like it that there is a heater inside the washroom. Quiet place and we enjoy the pool and hot tub. The room is clean and spacious. We did not enjoy the breakfast that much,. we are looking for something like sausages or bacon and potato wedges maybe just to add up some protein.

I could not sleep due to very loud sound of LRT running every 10 minutes.

The room was nice but cold on the floors, could use carpet. The kitchenette was nice to have, clean place. Could have staff that speak English to request what was needed. Overall it was nice to stay in.

Room was clean and nice. Comfy bed Breakfast was okay. Only protein was hard boiled eggs but coffee was great.

The room was clean and decent. The staff could be more personable. When you greet them it was difficult for some to even answer

I had problems checking in, the staff were no helpful. I booked 2 nights, Room service woke us up 3 times on the first morning, key card stopped working. No garbage pail in the room. Paid a 500 deposit they said they would return on check out, they did not return it. Mark the man working the front desk said "we've reached out limit on returning deposits for the day, well mail you a check" I will not ever book with this location or company ever again.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. But. Room was not the cleanest. Old and dated. Hairs in beds and bathroom. No conditioner dody wash or lotion. Juat shampoo and a bar of soap..... disappointed in this because i flew in with no extras. The pool was to strong of chlorine so couldn't swim. Bummer. Wont stay again.

It was clean, and most of the staff were good. One would not allow us to switch a license plate number to park when we had to switch vehicles. Also, crazy strict over their free breakfast. Even though it is one of the smallest continental breakfast I’ve seen. My father forgot his ticket for breakfast at the hospital we were visiting, they would not let him eat without it, or pay extra. For a lower scale hotel, maybe try a little harder to keep your guests? Just a thought! We would have stayed another week, but the front desk guy was super rude when we asked about price.

The second night we went to bed a mouse came out of my wife's bed sheets and ran to the stove. I took video of it. I will be posting the video on my Google Hotel rating account.
