The room reaked of sewage, we had to buy an air freshener to keep from gagging.The air conditioner was consistently fridgid, even when adjusted, and leaked. The water park was nice with plenty of lifegards. The staff was pleasant. The rest of the hotel was clean.Overall I would not stay there again although convenient to cedar point access, it wasnt great for the price.

Great overall experience. Quality hotel. Lots for kids to do and close to Cedar Point.

The food options were average but this morning we had breakfast at the buffet and all they had was sweet creamer for my coffee, the young lady working behind the counter went to the coffee shop next door to get me some cream. She was kind, and went above her duties, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name

This property was great for proximity to Cedar Point. My kids loved the water coaster. Staff was nice! Checkin was painfully slow, over 30 minutes based on the number of people checking in. 40% of the waterslides were closed while we were there. The bathroom in the room was very dusty with some mold. The walls are thin so we could hear everything our neighbors were up to. It was ok for a night but my family won’t be back.

Very pretty surroundings. No coffee machine in the room or outdoor pool was a disappointment. No sheets or blanket for the sleeper chair.

Those were such nice days, a lot of food options, the waterpark makes it even better! Really worth it if you’re going with kids.

Check in was a little slow but we didn't mind. The room was nice and comfortable. It also had a pull out bed chair which was a nice surprise. The kids loved the water park . We didn't order any food instead ordered dominos. It was a lot cheaper. It looked like they had good food choices for decent prices though. Loved having a Starbucks in the hotel. There is a bbq restaurant you can walk outside too its basically attached. One thing i learned while we were checking out you can come before check in and enjoy everything while you are waiting on your room and also enjoy the water park the whole next day after check out.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff was great, the room was in great shape, etc. We barely had to leave the property for anything and we brought 3 kids!

Great lively color and atmosphere

This was a great place to stay! Everything in one building! You don't even have to leave if you don't want to! Which is great! We loved and will be going back!

Pur AC in our room when running smelled like mildew. Waterpark your kid MUST be 54 inches or taller to not have to wear a lifevest. My oldest is on the middle school swim team but becuase shes small, had to wear a vest. That reason alone we will not stay again Bowling only was 5 frames for 10 bucks

Initial checkin was great. Super friendly and helpful staff also. The room was clean and well maintained. It was comfortable enough for us. We used it as a landing spot for our visits to Cedar Point. It was a bonus to have the water park and other fun activities there as well. What a great trip!! My kids loved this place!! The ONLY negative thing I have to say is about the elevators. They are the slowest elevators I’ve used. Otherwise, we will be back again.

This is the ideal spot for stay and play near Cedar Point, especially if it rains or storms.

We were not happy with the service. We were there from wendsday to Sunday and our room was not cleaned once. We had pizza and we were not happy with how the service was and on Saturday the wooden slide was not working

Reasonable rate, friendly staff, clean rooms

We loved the water Park. There was no hair dryer in our room and the room attendant said she did not know where to find one. Thin walls and could hear the other room talking. Easy check in and check out.
