Great location. Very clean and modern. Quiet and yet centrally located close to major tourist spots. Helpful and nice staff. Great experience overall.

Service provided by the staff could not have been any better or more attentive. You are truly well taken care of. We stayed in the suite and just found the room a little dark in the evenings. Tricky when you’re looking around for things and getting ready. There is no main ceiling light only wall and floor lamps but I think this is a normal thing in Paris/ France. Just an observation to note. But otherwise we lived our stay and didn’t want to leave. There are also two convenience stores / grocery stores directly across the street, metro and bus stop also walking distance - super convenient location!

In general, the hotel staff was incredibly kind. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Thomas and Rahul who both went out of their way on several occasions to provide a warm welcome with any interaction I had or assistance I needed. The elevator is a little rickety and there’a only one that serviced the floor I was on, but, honestly it didn’t slow me down much. I will say that the first night, when I went to check in, my room smelled of smoke…badly. But when I mentioned it to the gentleman who had checked me in, he went out of his way to move me and apologized. It had to have simply been that a guest beforehand had abused the nonsmoking policy. I don’t think the hotel had realized it and I’m guessing they remedied it by now. Regardless, I was moved same night and the new room is lovely. I have extended my stay.

Clean, excellent location, staff polite

My husband and I stayed at the Hôtel Étoile Maillot on Oct 22 to Oct 25, 2025. HOTEL: The hotel lobby decor was warm and inviting, with its many coloured warm hues. The dining area was clean, nicely decorated and cozy, with a lot of natural light coming from the extra large window. The elevator had relaxing somber blue light, and spa music. WOW! The honesty bar in the dining room was very thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you!! There is also umbrellas, free of charge that you can borrow (lobby door). ROOM: The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious with contemporary style furniture and decorations. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. I liked that the toilet had its own enclosure with a door. Awesome! Also, the bathroom amenities weren't lacking, and I liked the heated towel rack. STAFF: ALL staff were very sympathetic, kind, friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. It is always nice when staff members try to do what they can to make you feel like your at home. BRAVO!! FOOD (breakfast): A wonderful breakfast with a variety of food and beverage choices. I appreciated the whole fresh fruit. A big shout out goes out to Rita and Rahul for their wonderful morning custom made omelettes, and also for their conversations and contagious laughter. They are like rays of sunshine!! :-D PROXIMITY: The hotel is situated in walking distance to the RER, the Paris metro, Arc de Triomphe, Av. des Champs-Élysées, and to many restaurants. :-D

It’s a walkable distance to champs Elyse and it has a supermarket and pharmacy right in front of it. The room is nice and spacious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train station and close to the Arc de Triomphe, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Hotel wirkt von außen klein und unscheinbar, hat aber innen ein gehobenes Flair. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und ür den Preis zu empfehlen, da es keine wirklichen alternativen in direkter Umgebung hat. Allerdings hat es in direkter Umgebung 2 gut sortierte Supermärkte. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß

The place was quaint, the food was good, the decor was very nice, and the principal lady at the dining area was very kind. Didn't like that the room was very small; didn't look at all like the picture, the elevator could barely fit two people. I'd actually grade this hotel 3.5. Nobody seemed to be attentive to customers, as in other hotels we've been to. Taxi was ordered for us by concierge and apparently known to concierge who also didn't think to ask for someone who accepted credit card; taxi did not seem official as there was no meter and charged us a lot more than the taxi that we originally took when we arrived to Paris.
