從馬德里國際機場搭捷運到西班牙廣場，即可徒步至該旅社。

酒店很旧了，位置很好，几步就到西班牙广场，去王宫步行很近，早餐不错，油条，火腿，水果，果汁，都有，周围是华人店铺聚集区，看招牌，仿佛回到国内。

Rooms facing street too noisy

Hotel location was brilliant and room is big. But where i lived was facing the street, there is no way you can fall asleep. I didn't sleep 3 nights at all and eventually my phone got stolen also in Spain shopping mall.

Everything was great

Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos, el personal muy amable y servicial. La habitacion comoda y limpia, con vista a la calle. disfrutamos la estadia y la cercania a los lugares. Muy bien ubicado. El desayuno variado y buen sabor. Gracias!

Great Room, Nice staff. Very expensive breakfast, which is why we didnt try it.

Location was close to Metro, sight seeing spots, and inside was clean and the front desk staff were always helpful.

Un hotel cerca de la zona comercial y lugares turísticos muy importantes de Madrid, muy bien ubicada, personal atento, lugar muy limpio y un desayuno muy completo para cumplir diversos gustos. Solo los alrededores del hotel algo sucios.

The stay was great. The staff is super friendly, the location is unbeatable, safe and close to Gran Via and the metro station. The AC isn’t as cold as it should be and you can’t play with the settings and the photos said it has a patio but it doesn’t.

Staff are very friendly. The property was very clean as well as rooms. The surrounding area is very walkable and accessibility is great as is very close to the main streets, do recommend.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn das Zimmer eine Aussicht hätte, wäre es eine 10/10.

The room we have checked into had a terrible smell of sewage so we requested a change. The next room we're changed to had the same issue and this time the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the sweltering heat. We requested a change of room the second time and it was the same issue and at this point we were exhausted and tired. The receptionists were abysmal and their excuse for the pungent smell was the room wasn't cleaned properly and that, we could have waited for a second clean instead of requesting a room change. Not worth the charge of a motel! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Não segue o que se espera de um Eurostars. Quarto muito pequeno, não possuem ferro de passar roupa, sem academia, sem bar. Enfim, não vale o valor.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The hotel is clean.
