Walking distance from to train station.

Lovely small hotel very close to the train station and the T2 tram from the airport. About a 10 minute walk to downtown Florence and the sights. Staff was very friendly and even held our luggage for us after check out before we could catch our train to Rome.

Staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious with many options! Not soundproof rooms so I heard the baby crying and street cleaners, but everything else made up for it (just bring earplugs)

Convenient location near the train station

The location was very convenient and safe. The property was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful and kind. The only downside was the hotel had an unappealing smell and the only window went to a balcony in the middle of the complex instead of to the street.

The food is great. The staff is kind. We really enjoy our stay!

I think this hotel is one of the best places to stay in Florence! People are so kind, cleanliness is utmost, great breakfasts, etc., etc.

Love this hotel! We arrived about 30 minutes before check in and our room was ready, so they kindly let us check in a little early. We also received a bottle of wine (status with Expedia). The room was clean and spacious! We loved the breakfast. Delicious! We also liked that they have a happy hour with a complementary drink. Overall, this was a great choice and we would stay here again :)

Hotel is minutes from the main train station. Close to everywhere. You can walk to the Duomo and most of the places of interest. Breakfast spread is quite ok. My room is small but good for a single traveller. For food, may have to walk back to the train station or Duomo area for more choices. Buy overall, great hotel.

Located very close to the train station, this hotel is incredibly convenient. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel has a great ambiance. I learned that the building dates back to the 1700s, which adds a unique charm. The front desk staff is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay!

Breakfast is pretty good

Great location, close to the train station and near sites. Clean and quiet (in spite of busy street and construction outside). Elevator, which is important for those with mobility issues. Friendly staff.

Walking distance was close for all major mounuments. Very good area resturants. Close to train station and local markets.

Nice hotel located at a 20-30’ walking distance to main Florence’s main attractions. Also, 5’ walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station (important if travelling with large bags). Good breakfast options with friendly staff.

Walls of rooms extremely thin - I could hear the ppl in the next room talking - which made me very aware of trying not to make noise Very prompt reply to my complaint of water being cold. And to be fair - it just needed to run for longer - but literally someone was up to my room in less than 10 minutes- very impressed with that. Everyone friendly and helpful. Travelled solo and felt very safe
