員工親切 住宿體驗都很好 飯店地理位置很好 在市中心公車總站旁，去哪裡都很方便

Fabulous!

Breakfast was delicious, and the pool offered a refreshing activity when it was hot and smoky outside. This is a beautiful property and perfectly situated near to anything you need downtown.

The hotel was great- comfy beds, spacious rooms, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. What really stood out was the staff. So kind and incredible service. They made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay again.

3 star no more no less ok for one night

Hotel was nice. Gym was quite dusty and one of the few machines were broken.

I booked a “deluxe” room with a valley view, but the window was frosted/shaded like a bathroom window — so much for the view. The shower had almost no water pressure and made a loud, unsettling noise, like the pipes were about to burst. We were charged for parking, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got — $75 is hard to justify. we paid over $300 for a deluxe room with two queen beds and a “view,” which felt like a significant overcharge given the experience. The pool and hot tub were overrun with kids, some unsupervised, and staff didn’t seem to care or step in. When I raised concerns, I was told that booking directly with the hotel next time would get me better service — which isn’t exactly reassuring when I’m already a paying guest. I won’t be staying or recommending this place.

The room was nice and clean and up to date. Parking does cost, which I did not understand. Small fee. Forest fires did leave somewhat of a smell to the surrounding area. It didn't make it into the room which was good. Breakfast had a general Canadian type menu, and the front desk provided a voucher which we're able to use for our whole breakfast.

Good location and value for price.

좋았어요 간편하게 음식을 만들어서 먹을 수도 있었고, 음식 재료라던가 술 등을 구입하기에도 가까운 곳에 있었어요! 숙소도 넓고 주차장도 넓어서 정말 좋았습니다~ 적극 추천 드려요.

Pool was great

Convenient location. $12+tax for uncovered parking. Room is clean and quiet. Carpet is too old. Price is right.

Not the best stay for the money. The hotel is showing its age...you could over looking older wear and tear on an older property if the pricing was older and you knew what you were getting. All of the photos presented were not exactly the representative....especially for the price per night. Too bad because is has a get location downtown Kamloops close to lots of dining options etc etc

Clean room, great play room for the kids with a small pool. Great hotel.
