I had stayed at the night before, it was ok, so I booked one more day. However, I was bad on the breakfast time. When I was having an omelette, I bited a very hard thing like a small stone to make my tooth hurt and blood. I splited it out. Be careful when you are eating....

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walk to nice restaurants. The hotel grounds are very nice. My only suggestion would be to have softer pillows on the bed. They were large, overstuffed and not comfortable. Everything else was fantastic!

Hotel under construction and wole up to a grinder going. Also room was next to maintenance room and workers were going in and out all night

I usually stay here when I come visit family and for family events, however this time I felt like the room was dark, the closet door was falling off the rack and I struggled to open the door. We had 3 people and only two towels and one by the sink. People yelling in the hall went on for a while. Staff were friendly and even though I wasn’t totally satisfied, I will stay again and hope next time we have a better experience.

Great staff and the heated pool was excellent for the cold weather. Brand new Italian restaurant just opened and it’s delicious! Also on property a Starbucks in less than walking distance.

Staff is always great at this hotel, as they were during this stay. Hotel is very nice, common areas and rooms are always clean. However, during this stay the toilet was dirty. It had a gray film in toilet.

The lounge was closed! Valentine’s weekend! And closed! Renovations? Please! It looks the same! When I reserve a room, tell me if the hotel is not going to be accommodating! My girlfriend left because no drinks or food! No heat in the room last night! Restaurant did not honor free drinks coupon! Rude!

People running through the hallways, a crowd arguing in the yard area. There seems to be no security. It was a terrible experience .

Me gusto el hotel porque esta muy confortable y limpio. y la comida del restaurante muy buena.
