服务快捷周到，客房服务人员热情友好，乐于助人。酒店的确豪华，泳池更是令人惊艳——面积巨大，堪比公共游泳池。虽然走到皇冠赌场另一侧需要走一段路，但全程都在室内。酒店附近餐饮选择丰富，赌场也近在咫尺，步行即可到达许多娱乐场所。

Don't waste your money. Extremely bad customer service. The lady at front desk was unfriendly and no smiles. The duty manager not even better. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
