I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate requests to have my party in the same floor in the same area. Free breakfast was good and the 24 hour shuttle was convenient

Great place to stay for a week or longer term. I’m happy enough with their amenities and this area is very close to supermarket. Parking lot is spacious enough as well

Breakfast was not as advertised. The breakfast items were cold. I had to ask the employee to warm up my food. Other than that, everything else was very good.

The property was clean. Could be updated but other then that it was adequate for what it was for. The room was clean and neat. It was a little paint peeling in the shower ceiling but years of hot water will do that to paint.The staff was very nice and helpful in answering questions. The stay. Was great until the last night. My wife and I used the pool with our daughter. And my wife went down the stairs of the pool and as she stepped to the second step, the handrail shifted to the left causing her knee to pop from the quick movement of trying not to fall. That rail should’ve been stable. But it wasn’t.. we went to the front desk, a couple hours before checkout to tell them the situation and got the property manager’s number. Later on the day, we got a call stating that they were sorry and that was going to be repaired as soon as possible. Plus I would be receiving money back from one of the two nights I stayed. Haven’t received that. Or any indication that will be happening.

Loved the stay, great room, met requests, friendly staff everyday, great breakfast. Wonderful stay.
