Loved the suite.

Comfortable beds

We expected a pool and hot tub , pool area was closed (empty pool and hot tub) front desk never told us. Parking was almost impossible. Staff was nice.

Water to rooms was off for 2 hours, pool & jaquzzi were inoperable. Continental breakfast was good. Very quiet area, no street noise or wild guests

This property is ok for the price. The carpets need cleaning or need to be replaced. The pool is currently closed. Not sure if it is under repair but it is drained.

The first thing i noticed at the property was that the siding and facia were falling off. Once we checked in, we found out the pool was closed due to health reasons. And when we got to the room, there was still trash in the can from the last person that had stayed, and it looked like someone had punched the bathroom door. Needless to say we did not stay at this hotel.

Property was advertised with a very nice pool and jacuzzi. Both were out since August 2024. Bed sheets and covers were so old that changes color. Breakfast egg and sausages were old - reheated.

The shower curtain in our bathroom was shredded on the top and the shower was extremely noisy

This property clearly has not been refreshed in many years. Carpets were buckled, window coverings were torn, lamp shades were cracked, the tub water spout had rust stains, coverings on the bed foundations were dirty.

I have a love for Country Ins but this one was one of the worsed i stayed in. The pool had no water, the breakfast was cold and we had a bright green light right above our bed from the smoke detector.that shined in our eyes all night. Glad we only had to spend one night.

Rude front desk staff, no pool no 24/7 desk staff as advertised. Horrible place. Asked for a refund was told to go the booking source, I did, they contacted the hotel whom denied the refunded.

Pool was closed indefinitely by Olmested County for improperly cleaning and care since August 24, 2024 (note that today is march 8, 2025) there was no mention of this in the property description that the pool was closed nor any date that it will be open again, false advertising shame on you, this place is really going down hill fast

Property is listed as Country Inn and Suites and the sign is still up but it isn't a Country Inn and Suites. It looks like it was bought by someone who is refurbishing it and it will be a Comfort Inn. I was very surprised by the low rate and when we checked in, I understood. The windows at the entrance were dirty, the pool and hot tub were empty and being worked on, but the room was clean and comfortable and still had a lot of the old brand in it. The funniest thing was that the beds had what I thought was a blanket between the sheet and the bedspread and when I looked closely at it, it had elastic around the edge. It was actually a mattress pad being used as a blanket. It served the purpose. The only really bad thing was that the elevator smelled really bad. I am sure that will improve as they finish the refurbishment. It was a good nights stay for the price but I think you should let people know it is undergoing refurbishment so they aren't surprised. I was hoping for a hot tub that night because we spent several hours at a hockey game and I needed to warm up.
