Nice view, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows , good service, nice place

這間飯店位於河畔，飯店設施設備較為老舊，但房間廣敞，三人房還有沙發組，我們一家三口可以坐在沙發上好好吃點心，很不錯！ 房價比市區的房價便宜、周邊環境也比較清悠舒服，端看個人選擇！不過，櫃檯人員很少，也不是太主動友善，比較扣分！

The place is so old and outdated can do with a refurbishment. The room is big but the showers and sinks are rusty. You need to pay for the pool if you didn’t get a spa together with your room which I think should be put on their website that it comes with a charge. I have book so many radisson hotel and this is the worst I have been.

I love my stay here the staffs are friendly and welcoming. There so much privacy and the hotel location is the best for other tourist like me. Don’t forget to use their spa when you ever visit

While still a solid hotel with excellent service, good breakfast, and comfortable and spacious, albeit old-fashioned rooms, it is far from the luxurious resort it must have been during its heyday. Both exterior and interior are in desperate need of a facelift, to a point where I was surprised to see a hotel in the otherwise prime Radisson brand look this run-down. The swimming pool and sauna area is available at an extra charge which was also a disappointment as most hotels with similar facilities include entry in the room price. Possibly business travellers generally choose a different place to stay so this hotel tries its best to keep room prices down to attract families and tourists. Having said that, the relaxation in the well-equipped spa is worth the additional 15 euros (unless a herd of neanderthals with offspring decide to go mental in the pool, splashing and screaming for 45 minutes). In summary: today a decent hotel with excellent unexploited potential if invested in.

Great location right by the water, walking distance to old town and for a stroll around the river. Staff was friendly and offered me an upgrade. The amenities to include gym and spa are quite nice.

Dessverre veldig misfornøyd med rommet . Det var en svært gammeldags-dusj i et badekar. Teppe-gulv noe som gjør at det ikke føles helt rent og gir mye støv i rommet. Vi forventet mer da det var en 4-stjernes hotell. Det var veldig gammeldags. Men helt ok hvis man er mye på farten og bare skal oppholde seg på rommet under natten.

Breakfast was aberage , view from my room beautiful , staff very young with bossy motes,bed old , linen synthetic ,, cheap, AC almost like none .

Personalen var hjälpsamma men det fanns ingen.AC

I was probably staying in the old wing of the building, where there was literally no space to move around in the room. Ironically, I could barely manage to sit on the toilet because there was so little space for movement. I also had difficulty securing my documents, as there was no safe in the room. Apart from that, the staff were great.

Super rent værelset og dejlig indrettet. Rigtig god personale. Morgenmad var ok. Adgangskort er lidt ældre med magnet strip som engang imellem ikke virker og skal skiftes.
