- The rooms are old and neglected.
- There are intimidating people loittering in front of the hotel as well as inside.
- Breakfast is poor quality
We had two employees booked for the period of Jan.12-23 2026. There was no hot water and the rooms did not get cleaned for 4 days. We found out from staff that the heat pump had broken down. When we looped in Expedia to get check out early and get a refund, the hotel manager Himanchum (spelling?) just kept denying there were any issues.
We ended up checking out early on Friday, Jan.16 and booked Holiday Inn for the remainder of the original stay. Having employees dealing with safety issues and lacking basic hotel essentials is just not worth it.
Expedia was kind enough to provide a token refund for the stay.
No refund or apology from the hotel. Just no integrity from management.
