The hotel is in a great location so you can walk around the city if you are young enough. Good hotel and kind staff. The only issue is the hot water is not stable so you get hot water for a moment and cold water for next moment and this is very annoying while taking a shower. Other than this overall is good!

Hotel is centrally located and beds are very comfortable however the place is long due to be refurbished.

before it was a very good hotel.i'm not asking for special helps or needs but this hotel were get down a lot with services and smile!! it/s my third time there and a lot of people visit them cause of my recomendations but no more!!!

We would like to respond/add to our review of Jan 15. Of course we realize that hotel rates vary based on dates/demand. However, the hotel was considerably vacant throughout our entire stay, as we were there after the holiday season ended in January. We were also able to verify the rate difference between the higher rate we paid at the desk and lower rates charged online on multiple websites and on multiple occasions, so this is something other guests need to be aware of.

This hotel has a very good/walkable location. The facility itself was fine - rooms were a bit small and dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff is hit or miss - some border dismissive but others - thanks to Gabriella, in particular - are very helpful. Important Note: we got sick and were unable to fly home as scheduled, so we needed to extend our stay. Given our condition, we simply went to the desk (twice) and they processed our request. Later, when we needed to extend one final time but were well enough to check rates online, we made an unpleasant discovery - the rates were were charged in person were considerably higher!

Hotel next to Amazing Xmas Markets

The hotel let us check in early as they had a room ready which was a real blessing as I was feeling under the weather. Very clean. Interesting mid-century modern furniture., probably original.

Nice location

A good location for hop on hop off bus and metro. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Room was very hot, air con didnt help, if you left a window open you were awake at 5am as the street was noisy. Very dated room, small and in need of total makeover. Breakfast was a bun fight, area too small where food was and staff very slow to top up food, especially bread and pastries.

Other than the lubby, the property is run-down. We asked to change our room as the shower, the shower door, and the shower head were covered by mold. The toilet water tank was covered by dust. Staff at the lobby not only were unfriendly but also rude. Couple of them even were not from Budapest, hence they couldn't provide basic information. We do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel location was good. Short walk from 2 subway stations. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and decent sized washroom. The dinning room serves delicious and artistically presented foods. The staff are are friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Hotel’s location is within walking distance to the Danube, spa, dining, shopping and public transportation.
