沒有空調所以白天會有一點熱，浴室很小只能淋浴!但客房很乾淨，飯店地點鄰近地鐵站!

Besides the shower area is too small and no air cond. everything is so nice !

酒店整體很潔淨和質素高，鄰近有個購物大道和地鐵站，非常方便。唯一我們hotel.com訂房时是3人入住其中一個是17歲的小孩，但入房時看見一張大床及一個BB床，向服務台反應，她們說我訂房是有一個1歲的BB，經反應後，最終加換一張單人床，内裏不知hotel.com資料輸入或是酒店的問題了。

It's clean. Close to the metro and the shopping area. Grocery store near by.

維也納西站出來坐一站地鐵U3線，走路三～五分鐘會到，該地鐵沿線是繁華的商業區，各式店家都有，飯店斜對面就一家超市，路口也多家餐廳或速食，所以相當方便。房間的免費無線網路訊號也不錯，不用到大廳去上網！房內好像沒有空調，放了一個直立式大廈扇，我十一月初待那兒時還沒啥問題，更冷一點不知道會不會改放電暖氣。整體而言靠近地鐵、近火車站又有免費網路的，整體性價比而言我會推薦這家喔！

整體而言非常棒，唯一的兩個小缺點是，抵達當晚櫃檯服務員告知已無房間感應卡，需要隔日才能給我們。另外一個缺點是浴室的淋浴排水孔可能有堵塞，水流的很慢，其他都很棒。

舒適，整潔，方便！

It's a nightmare if you stay there in Summer except rainy night . They only provide a fan to cool down in rooms.

服務人員晚上只有一個值班的，並沒有house keeping，剛住進去的時候，櫃台晚班男生態度有點差，有點歧視亞洲面孔，問什麼東西都說不知道，進房間之後也沒有提供乳液，是打電話去跟櫃台要才補，所以感覺SOSO

Room was very clean, staff very helpful and location was excellent. My only recommendation is softer towels. Also, the amenities in the bathroom were perfect!

Austria Trend Hotel Anatol was a great choice. Really close to everything, including food, stores, and the subway. The room was clean and staff were great. Nadia at the front desk was fantastic. She was very professional, polite and helpful. She was definitely the cherry on top. We will be back. Thank you!

Clean comfortable and very quiet rooms. Hotel ideally located near underground station allowing us to explore Vienna easily. Would definitely recommend

The staff were very friendly and resourceful, especially Nadia, who answered all of our questions, checked us in, gave us a wake up, call, and checked us out. The hotel is very close to the main shopping areas and transportation. We had a quiet room, which is what I had requested.
