The hotel was nice but misrepresented on hotels.com The rooms are small There is no pool! The breakfast is bagels and juice. Very sparse

This re modeled property is in excellent condition, rivals any room I've stayed in on this trip!

The hotel was brand new, very clean. The only thing it was missing was a microwave. We were hoping to warm up our own food, but had to go back out to get food at a fast food chain.

Great place! I recommend it!

Nice no frills hotel which seemed newly remodeled. Liked the convenience of interior and exterior doors to the room. Breakfast not only included bagels but hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt and juices. Only issue was a shower head that was rather short for my 6 ft son and no fans in the bathroom.

Room was super clean and staff was friendly. I would not stay here alone just because there is a door to the outside and the hallway and all rooms are on the first floor. Breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast.

I actually didn’t stay. I mad a reservation for the week before and the stay was fine. The reason I’m giving no stars is because I accidentally signed up for a stay at hotels.com (never again!!!) and got zero help from the hotel to cancel the reservation. So I was basically double charged for one night. Not an ethical, smart or sustainable business model.

Great sty

The bathroom is too small and the bathroom door is poorly designed for how it opens into the bathoom. Also no microwaves in the room. Rooms are large but bathroom tiny.

You can tell that the hotel has been recently renovated and it was very clean! It was a little more pricey than some other options in the area, but it was worth it for the peace of mind that it would be CLEAN! It is also pet friendly, which we needed, as we were traveling through town with pets. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Appreciated the recent renovations, comfortable bed and strong coffee in the morning.

Check in was easy. The property is updated and clean. The beds and bedding was fresh, clean and comfortable. I liked the bathroom products in full size containers rather than individual ones that never get fully used on a short stay.

We stayed overnight for a quick trip to Sheridan. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything is brand new in the inside—which was amazing! It’s a no frills (one shared lobby microwave with burnt food inside) and a bagel bar (spotless and well stocked). The main issue is our room and the outside doors did not consistently lock. As a mother staying alone with young children, it was extremely concerning that I could enter the building through a side door and enter my room without ever needing a key card (doesn’t matter how hard you shut it, they were simply non-functional with no lock mechanism half the time). The staff was fantastic and fixed it every time, but needless to say I didn’t sleep a wink listening out for our safety as it kept spontaneously happening again. Wish we could stay here again, but unfortunately safety is our top need and the property could not deliver despite excellent staff.

No elevator!

Pros: very clean and newly renovated hotel. Beds were comfortable and we overall enjoyed our stay for the price. Cons: our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Me and my husband had to lug our suitcases and our kids suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast area was minimal and their apples were bruised. I had to call for extra towels to be delivered to our room and they never brought them. Overall it was an okay experience and it was worth it for the price.

Friendly staff who remembered when i called

The property lists a pool. There is no pool. Front desk acknowledged it’s an error on the website! The main continental breakfast option is cereal, but yet they were out of milk and didn’t know when they’d get any in. Those two are very disappointing things when traveling with children!!!

The bed was very comfortable. Very clean! Had everything that you need for a nightly stay. Nicely renovated! The coffee wasn't good. Looked over the bagel/cereal bar and decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.
