Great service super clean

The hotel is in a good location. It is a little dated, but they make up for it with their friendly service staff. I asked them to arrange a taxi for me to be picked up from the airport and back. They also printed out tickets for me and were very kind the whole time we were there.

Great location. Super large and comfortable room. Good gym. Easy parking

I’m very disappointed there is no post the fitness facility is out of service. I chose this hotel because of the breakfast and gym.

Fueron el hotel sede para un evento canino y yo viaje con mi perro para dicho evento y casi no me aceptan por hacer la reserva por expedía. Aparte fuimos discriminados ya q no nos dejaban usar ni la entrada principal ni los asensores fuimos obligados a hacerlo por la entra y asensores de servico.

I’m not a fan of the rainfall shower head. And the AC seems to blow directly on you. The staff was very friendly.

If you’re looking for family friendly this isn’t it. Valeria, one of the waitresses was the kindest to my daughter I will say. But it doesn’t make up for the lack of everything else. Parking is offsite, not marked and confusing. They had various events going on and the hotel was full! One working elevator for 100s of guests. It was awful. No one answered when calling the front desk. Our key didn’t work to the room, and instead of offering g to help. I went up and down the long line of elevator to replace key. The pool was full of people drinking and partying. Bad, unless you’re looking for an overcrowded place to party. Won’t stay again.

I included breakfast in my reservation for my wife, my son, and myself, but they initially refused to include my son. After three days, they admitted their mistake but still did not reimburse me for the extra expenses. Do not include breakfast in the reservation everybody were complaining

The location is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean. Parking available only thing is garage is really tight.
