30 minute wait every time you wanted to use the elevator as only one was available. There was no parking available at the hotel there was one parking lot available at a next door building, but the problem was it was always full, you had to wait in the street for about 30 minutes to be allowed into the other building’s parking lot. The service was excellent from the concierge, to the hosts and rest of the staff. The bed and pillows were terrible, hard as a rock, I had to sleep on the couch.

I had a very pleasant stay at Clarion Hotel Guatemala City. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shopping, and the airport, making it very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel provides great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guatemala City. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

This was my first time staying at a Clarion hotel. And the one in Guatemala City was spectacular. Amazing service, great breakfast, great suites. It felt like I had my own apartment. That’s how big they are. The price was great.

Bed was hard like a rock and pillows too . Front desk area had construction so was kind of messy and breakfast was very expensive. But staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff went above and beyond

Everything went well from my arrival time to my checking out time. The personal of this hotel is amazingly kind and very helpful. I had the chance to interact with the front desk personnel, the host and servers at the restaurant, the bar tender at the bar and the cleaning lady for my room and all of them made my stay the best!
