No complementary coffee and tea In lobby area

The hotel does not provide complementary coffee in lobby area.

We ended up leaving and not staying the night. We were told they didn’t have any rooms without doors that connected to another room. My elderly mom did not feel safe and they were not able to accommodate us with a room that did not have an adjoining door.

The water was turned off between 1030 and 5 AM and had to leave for my for my flight at 4:30 I had called earlier in the day to confirm my reservation and I was not told this not happy

The sockets on the lamps didn’t work

“Not all that glitters is gold”. The lobby area and ballroom give the impression of a 4 star hotel. In fact the hotel is shabby and way overdue for renovations. Room: Utterly basic. The bed was ridiculous. It was so uncomfortable. They advertise free internet but then tell you you have to be a Bonvoy member. We got a note under the door explaining they were having a plumbing issue and would be shutting off the water from 11pm until the next morning? No comp was offered. The room telephones are antiques and they didn’t work reliably. I asked for a wake up call and did not get it. They advertise “Smart” tv but the only thing it offers is netflix and there is no mirroring screen capability. The night I stayed there was a big wedding and kids were blocking the halllways playind soccer with shoes littering the hallway making it difficult to get past them. A hotel employee was talking to them and did not ask them to go play somewhere with less traffic. Lines are long at the front desk and the restaurant is barely mediocre. There are no bellhops or people outside to assist you. thing. The good news was that once you could get them customer service folks were professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is just a dump. Overall a hugely disappointing experience for a hotel that charges over 200 bucks per night.

Great gym. Comfortable clean room. AC was a little funky, but overall lovely stay.

House cleaning was banging on my door at 10am I was going into the shower and then house keeping tried to open the door at a time when I did not have on any clothes. This is terrible and very poor service . I told the front desk what happen and the response they gave was ok.Very very poor.
