房间面积不大，但住宿和服务都非常好。而且离汽车站很近。

Great service provided by the hotel staff; they are also very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely go back if we are visiting Zurich again in the future.

Most pleasant stay in Zurich, best location, near metro station, breakfast good, kindness and helpful of all staff, the room so good, our bed so comfy, and has bathtub help realease exhaustion after trip all day long. Would love to be back!

The tap and shower at the room we are staying at had brown water coming out on the 2nd day of our stay and we had to change rooms as a result our SIM card was misplaced. Toothbrush and toothpaste was only provided upon request.

Hotel near center, staff is friendly. But lobby looks old.

We have paid for. Breakfast 2 days during our stay. 22-24 January 2022. In the morning when we came into restaurant. The staff said we can't go in due to covid certificate. We have show our Indonesian certificate 2nd doses and booster 3rd shoot. They said invalid. Just waste of time and money and useless arguing. They said this is Zurich regulations. Said thing everywhere in Zurich we are able to have our meals without any problem by showing our covid certificate. My advice those who stay at this hotel should consider paying for breakfast and get nothing. Said but it happen. Cheers. Ricky.

Nice receptionist, nice breakfast, although the room is quite small.

Kamarnya bersih tapi agak kecil, breakfastnya juga enak dan variasi, lokasinya mudah dijangkau dengan tram.
