Very good experience

Awesome place

I have been staying frequently at this hotel for 4 years for business trips, and I’ve witnessed a decline at the hotel. My last stay was this week and unfortunately I will not be returning again. The front desk staff were confused, my room was dated and run down, stains on the couch, lampshade, bed sheets and shower curtain, the room smelled like smoke, and the cabinet had seen better days. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, so not the best sleep. This was the second trip this year that I couldn’t get the internet working, I finally gave up and proceeded to use my phone to catch up on my work emails. I purchased grocery items to make a lunch and breakfast for my next day of travel to find them all frozen in the fridge. When I checked out I expressed my concerns to the front desk staff, only to hear excuses and zero accountability and was asked if I had taken photos of the frozen food. I then paid and was offered a complimentary coffee. I’m very disappointed and when you are on the road working this annoyance sets the day off on a bad note.

Professional staff, clean place, great stay

The hotel and room was lovely but our toilet wasn’t working the entire time. They sent up someone to fix but it didn’t fix and it was too late at night at that point. I wish they would have moved us to another room instead of sending someone to fix

Very spacious king room!

Seemed pretty nice, a little dated but rooms were clean.

It’s our second time staying here and the place is worth it’s price. Will come back again.

Events should be posted so people know what they are in for. Screaming children all night from multiple sports teams is not what I would ever pay for again, terrible parenting and I know there is not much the hotel staff can do but posting events would let people know what they are in for. Unfortunately this terrible experience will not have me ever going back to this hotel.

Very run down. Water pouring in from the ceiling in the fitness area, parking underground and the ceilings in spots. Fitness area was nice however. Rooms are spacious. Our bathroom door didnt close because it didnt fit in the doorframe 😆

Beautiful hotel and very well maintained. Rooms are very comfortable and big. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no restaurant! Not able to get coffee & no breakfast facility

Everything was good

Everything was excellent from the atrium and two restaurants onsite, walking distance to other venues. Secure underground parking. Our boys love the swimming pool and hot tub. They even have three squash courts! Nice hotel to take pictures as it has good tasteful decorations. They left two complimentary bottles of water in our room, was a nice treat especially hot Summers day arrival. The only suggestions were to replace the hairdryer as it has seen its days! Was a little concern of getting electric shock. A better shower head would be great too as the one in our bathroom was barely reaching 1/4 sprays outwards. It took a little longer for me to rinse off the shampoos. Other than that, the staff were cheerful and fast check in. Which we appreciate!

The staff were extremely kind and caring at check in, they make it feel very welcoming. They ensure you have all the information regarding the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. They are little outdated but I don’t mind for how spacious the room was. It will be great when you can have breakfast at their cafe as it’s in their beautiful main lobby. I felt very safe here, highly recommended.
