Very good experience

Room was good, clean, but very dated. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and so modern which was a bit mis leading! Was also hoping for some complimentary water bottles in the room. Also the ice machines were broken on our floor. There was nothing wrong with our stay but I wouldn’t stay again!

Clean and comfortable

The staff is helpful and nice. The room was old and the bathroom so not have extractor fun the shower has a leak and the towels are super rough. The deposit is way too high.

I like the location the best and I love having the outdoor balcony rooms to have fresh air.

Everyone was very helpful. Our room was excellent.

Room was clean. comfortable bed with great variety of pillows. Breakfast added on during check in was good, convenient and good value. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Heated underground parking was awesome!

The atrium is very attractive and it has a very relaxing feel.

But outdated and bathroom was a bit grungy but overall good price

The staff were great! We had a small problem with the room we were put into and they were very quick to put us in a new room. They were all very friendly and helpful!

The new menu at the little bar was great, breakfast option would be nice

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Sushi Toshi in the lobby was a huge bonus, but the property was clean and bright, and the room was pleasant and clean. Beds were comfy. For the price this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in Edmonton!
