Getting to the hotel a little tricky

All the staff i encountered was understanding and accommodating, i was their due to medical reason the gentleman and Misty help me alot during my stay.

The fan in iur bathroom was obnoxiously loud and woke each other up to just use the washroom during the night. The bed was a worn mattress on a wheeled frame (no actual bed frame) The night staff were sleeping. The parking lot makes 0 sense. Could definitely use some renovations. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the window frame was probably original. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and had no sausages or bacon available. Would not recommend...

We arrived late. Tried calling 4x before to let them know we would be late and never an answer. When we showed up, the buzzer for front desk was broken. When I knocked on the door, I woke the front desk clerk up. He would not help with snack purchase and was not very friendly

TV wasn’t working. The phone in the room wasn’t working bad area not impressed.

Excellent stay! I stayed here while I was on a work trip. Had everything I needed. Loved the coffee machine they have in the front, top tier. Caroline in the kitchen is a superstar! Well done

We always seem to have problems with the TVs whenever we stay at that hotel. The rooms are not done every day unless you ask for it. They don’t replace the towels and refill the coffee supply unless you ask for it.

No breakfast left by 7:45 AM and fitness centre out of service.

Clean room, friendly staff

bad buffet breakfast, extremely dirty hallways and stairs I mean months and months unwashed, the front desk staff are very nice. should not charge 160$ a night, my room was ‘cleaned’ only once during 4 night stay, they only took out trash and replaced towels… Lounge 390 staff very friendly, but run down and also not the cleanest

I'm not familiar with Sudbury, but this property feels like it's in a sketchy part of town. Under a bridge and beside a rail yard, I had to drive around a dozen people wandering around in the street outside a centre offering services to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction just to get to the hotel. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would have found a different place to stay. The parking lot is pretty beaten up, the lobby looks tired and the elevator is quite worn. The room was mediocre. In-room coffee, but all the supplied pods were decaf. Bathroom exhaust fan was super loud. Bathroom was very small. All night, there was banging outside my window like somebody was throwing something heavy into a garbage bin. Not a horrible experience, but low-grade ick.

Unsafe room door. Location highly dangerous, from a local couples ´´don’t take a walk out’´. Feeling that beds where not freshly made! Will not return to that location ever!

The bed was comfortable, rooms clean and friendly desk staff. Bar downstairs had friendly staff as well. Only downfall was area was a. It sketcy as many transiants as shelter close by

The tv didn’t want to turn on. We had to get someone from the staff to come and get it to work. There was no hot water for a shower the first day and the water turned cold while I was showering the second day.

TV remote didn't work, front desk helped. TV system doesn't seem user friendly. Clock wasn't working. We couldn't get hot water for our showers, so we didn't shower. Front desk checked and said there was hot water, but neither of us could get hot water, not even warm water, even though we ran the water for a few minutes.

The driveway and parking lot were pot hole riddled. That was harsh. Breakfast was the standard breakfast. The coffee was hot, the food was good. There was also free coffee in the lobby to access at any time. That was great. The hotel is pet friendly. The room was good. Very clean. However, the only power outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to dry my hair next to the window. The staff were very helpful and more than pleasant to speak with.
