We paid $60 for an additional fifth night, but they kicked us out anyways on Day 5, then charged us for "leaving late," instead of giving us a full refund.

Very outdated hotel, carpets in room very dirty. Asked to checkout to get a closer hotel and had to eat our money. Front desk lady was very friendly

Check-in was good, was able to check in a little early which was super helpful. Room was clean, and cool temperature when we walked in, bed was comfy, nice to have fridge and microwave. Very nice stay.

My stay at the Hotel was pleasant, with comfortable accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere. However, my experience was marred by disruptive noise from other guests. Despite calling the front desk three times to address the issue, no action seemed to be taken to remedy the situation. The lack of response was disappointing, overshadowing the otherwise enjoyable aspects of my visit.

See below Hi, we had a horrible experience at your hotel when we arrived early morning. The carpet in our room was wet, the curtains were ripped, the chair was stained and it smelled like death. We couldn't even sleep it smelled so bad. I asked the front desk for a refund as we left right away. Please let me know when this is taken care of so l don't have to leave a terrible review. You should not be putting humans in room that condition for over $150. I wouldn't have stayed there if someone paid me $150., which is what I sent the hotel directly and offered

The hotel was very well managed, surprisingly quiet even when sold out - clean, and comfortable. Maria, at the front desk when we checked in, was optimal in her welcome - friendly, helpful, and understanding of our needs, as well as professional.

It’s a short distance from the noise and congestion of the interstate.

It was a place to sleep. The tiles in the shower were moving when you touched them getting in. And the sink was not draining properly filling up the sink. The credit card machine was not working which was annoying to pay cash. Just did not seem worth the money I paid for the room. And no Breakfast was made

The stay was good. Only issue is needs to updated. Need to be updated to a more modern atmosphere. The bathroom very clean but it's old. With that being said, it's cleaner than most new hotels.

I was accused of having a party and my deposit was confiscated. I talked to the lady at the desk at check in and she reassured me that as long as they were compliant there’s no issue . At 10:52 AM before checkout I was called to the front desk to be notified that my deposit would be confiscated. I would like my deposit back !

The manager cancelled our reser, clerk reinstated, the price was a little high for the conditions, but we slept well and had two nice breakfasts.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for multiple occasions, this was the worst stays we’ve had and spent the most money when picking a bigger room. How is it we can spend nearly $600 for your presidential suite and have a terrible experience the ENTIRE STAY verses when I spend not even half that for a cheaper/ smaller room and have no problems with it. I made a list of all that was wrong in that room: -The outlets don’t work. At all. The boxes to charge our electronics would just fall out of the wall. The lamp plug ins also don’t work we had to walk around the entire room to find a working plug. -My husband went to the hotel desk to get new batteries and remotes for the room bc the ones it came with didn’t work. He was at the front desk every night trying to get a new remote and new batteries. Even after all those attempts the remotes STILL did not work, my 3 year old daughter really appreciated that. -the pullout mattress/ couch is covered in stains and had a weird smell to it. I went out to the front desk to get sheets, I was given 2 flat sheets. - the bar sink was disgusting. -the bar counter was loose, I have a toddler and she leaned on it one time and almost fell over bc it’s LOOSE! - terrible light in the whole room. -the first night I went out to the front desk and asked for a fork. It was handed to me with the lady’s hands on the eating part and the handle out to me. The service was terrible and id like a refund or part of ny money back.

Hotel was not the cleanest. It was a non smoking property but found cigarette butts on the floor in the room . Fruit loop cereal in around the coffee maker

Front desk lady Kim was everything she was very knowledgeable and very helpful
