从这里可以欣赏到步行区的优美景色，步行和乘坐轻轨都很方便，但是乘坐出租车或网约车会遇到交通拥堵。

我曾两次入住这家酒店，一次是为了去暹罗银行看演唱会，另一次是为了这个月的旅行和演唱会。我很喜欢这里，因为酒店靠近水门市场，但是从大学到酒店这段路交通很拥堵，不过我们可以步行去任何地方。我在酒店附近找到了一家清真餐厅，泰国菜很美味。

目前为止体验还不错。唯一的小问题是前台接待员不太友好，几乎没怎么笑过，说话的语气就像我还在上学时遇到校长一样。

我和家人非常喜欢这家酒店。地理位置优越，服务热情周到。非常有帮助，谢谢。

Very nice hotel the staff is friendly

I stayed at Novotel Siam Square for 3 nights during my trip to Thailand last month. The location was perfect, with all favorite malls and hangout spots within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the hotel room was clean and spacious. However, I did have one unpleasant experience: the bathroom door was BROKEN. This should have been checked before guests occupied the room. While it may seem minor, it reflects the level of care and attention the hotel management dedicates to their service.

The good thing about the hotel is the location, the front desk service staff and the chambermaids. The breakfast selection is quite bad. Some food are overcooked and hard to chew. The staff at the restaurants did not set the table. They sent us to table without cutlery. When we asked for cutlery, they'll tell you “yes” but were chitchatting and laughing with their colleagues.

Nice staff, you can check in early so don't need to waste time waiting exactly 2-3pm.

Air ac di kamar bocor. Sudah panggil teknisi 1x. Tapi bocor lagi malam-malam. Terpaksa tunggu sampai pagi karena anak lagi tidur. Pengalaman saya nginap di novotel memang selalu ga enak. Di jakarta ataupun bangkok. Di bangkok saya mau ga mau pilih novotel kali ini karena bawa toodler usia 3thn. Ga jalan-jalan kemana-mana hanya di siam square paragon mbk dan fourfacedbuddha. Jadi satu-satunya tempat yang paling convinient memang novotel ini. Cuma jalan kaki sampai ke 4 tempat ini. Bolak balik hotel istirahat memungkinkan. Satu lagi. Hotel ini lobinya bau saya baca review-review emang ada yang blg juga demikian.

Great location, amazing hospitality and the best laundry services.

All is good. I want to highlight the great laundry services, which they did ahead of time with excellent quality. One of the greatest points is when the laundry takes care of details such as replacing missing buttons. It is the result of detail and high-quality control. Thank you, surely Novotel is my first option because of this.

In general, we are satisfied during our stay in this hotel. The location is easy to reach, near BTS (train station), and malls.

The location, staff and room are great! The breakfast was OK, we stayed there for 3 nights and they changed the menu everyday. But sadly the dimsum was all pork, would be nice if they can provide without pork too 😊.
